Property was very clean and in a great location just a short 10 minute drive away from Downtown Nashville. Great communication with the host with easy check in process

Dishes were dirty in cabinet and dishwasher had crusted food inside. Place has for sure been a party house with no maintenance. Exposed screw on stairwell. Stained furniture. Cushions outside so tore up you could not even sit on them. I made management aware of all the things….

I'm looking into why these maintenance and cleaning misses happened, and we'll address those outdoor cushions and the stairwell immediately. Great for your grouo

We enjoyed staying here, we had a varied, big group and the layout allowed us to be togerlther, but not on top of each oter. Convenient to all the thi gs we wanted to do. I bet that roof is fantastic in the summer!

Weekend adult family getaway

We had a great stay at East Nash Oasis! Property was clean and just as pictured. We enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop deck. It’s nice that the property sleeps so many however if you are traveling with all adults bunk beds may not be ideal for some. The only downfall were the twin bunk beds that were not very sturdy even for our smaller adults that slept on the bottom bunks in that room. Bolts may just need tightening. Other than that it was a great stay and we would definitely visit again!

Thanksgiving

The house was very beautiful and the online pictures matched. Perfect for selfies. Nice neighborhood and not to far from stores. Owner answered immediately for every question that I had upon arrival. Will definitely stay again

Perfect Adult Location

My staff and I were traveling to Nashville for a conference. This location was the perfect stay for us. It was relaxing with an incredible view of downtown. There was some remnants of the bachelorette party that obviously stayed right before us, but the owner was quick to offer a second cleaning. We would stay again!
