LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Spacious, updated 2BR 2BA condo with the best location on Siesta Key! La Siesta is the closest condo complex to the public beach. It's a 2 minute walk from your door to " toes in the sand" and the only two cafes on the island with sunset views!No need for a car as the La Siesta Complex is 15 -20 minute walk from shops, restaurants, grocery store and nightlife. The free trolley stop is right in front of La Siesta if you don't want to walk. Unit #206 is facing the gulf (can glimpse behind palm trees ) and is close to the heated outdoor pool, shuffle board, clubhouse & grills. Kids? Playground is one block away. Active? Rent wave Runners, go parasailing or deep sea fishing! Escape winter? Relax by the pool, stroll on the beach to town, read a book on your lanai or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the glorious sunset over the gulf!
There is a LOT for kids to do! The park and beach are right next to the complex! The clubhouse has a piano, ping pong table, books, games, gym, and pool table. There is also shuffleboard next to the heated pool! Take the free trolley to town for ice cream, dinner, or to book a sunset pontoon dolphin cruise, parasailing, waverunner, or fishing charter.

Perfect location across from public beach. Easy walk to meet up with friends at beach. Nice 2 bedroom condo which is perfect for family with two teenagers. Right by the pool. Second time staying in this unit

Amazing beach

White powdered sugar sand with a wide hard packed strip for running, walking or biking. Free trolley for getting around to beach or restaurants. Great seafood.

Perfect location

We were minutes to the beach and was able to access all the beach things we needed from the condo! The trolley pick up and drop off right out in front! The pool was really nice and convenient. Only negative thing the condo and paper towels had a slight smell of smoke. But we would book again at this location.

#1 Beach location, no doubt about it.

This was my second year at this nice comfortable condo, and my fifth stay at this complex. You cannot ask for a better location, in my opinion. Walk across the street and you are at the main entrance of #1 rated beach , Siesta Key public beach with its beautiful silky white sand. Condo complex is quiet, has nice pool and a rec room with small gym and pool table. Owner is very easy to deal with, one minor issue was dealt with immediately. Home away site is easy to use for payments, deposit was promptly returned I will most certainly be back again!

A perfect week

The location was perfect. This condo had everything. Plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cooler, etc. If you are flying in, you only need to bring sunscreen. Didn't cook a lot but when we did the kitchen had what we needed. Been to SK a few times. Loved being across from the public beach access. The pool was great as were the accommodations. Having arrived via plane, everything we needed and more. The beach wagon/buggy was the best amenity I've had it all my years of renting properties. Made it easy to take stuff to the beach. Thank you for the beach chairs provided. The Breeze/Trolley was in front of the building which was perfect. It was an easy ride to the Village. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Haven't stayed in a better equipped (beach/pool wise) condo.

Disappointed

Will not stay here again. The grounds are not kept up. Walked by garbage every day on way to condo in stairwell and horrible smells. Rowdy neighbors. Black sludge came out of primary bathroom sink (I have pictures)!! We resorted to brushing teeth with bottle waters. Front desk staff very rude. A heavy shelf fell in our kitchen it was only held up by tiny picture hanging nails, could have hurt someone! Pool was closed one morning the entire morning w no communication. Pool is cloudy and filled with hair everyday, so much so even my teens wouldn’t swim in it any longer. So much hair we were finding it wrapped around our legs, gross!! Club house is dirty. Beach access was thousands of people partying like spring break. Couldn’t use front patio, it either was soaking wet from rain pouring in OR marijuana and cigarettes smells from downstairs neighbors. I think this condo was probably nice at one time but it’s definitely going down hill. This was the most disappointing trip we have ever been on & we are normally pretty go with the flow travelers. Not worth the $ or time spent planning this trip. Friends who stayed below us in another unit in same complex felt the same way.

More than expected

We have stayed in this building before. This particular unit is a corner unit. Which we had no idea during booking that it is longer and wider than the other units. It isn’t priced much, if at all higher. We enjoyed the other units but this is the perfect unit. Nice flooring and furniture. I miss my tempurpedic but who would rent that bed out lol. I don’t imagine it could be better for the money.

Clean well maintained condo

Rented this condo for my son, daughter in law and grandkids while we were all visiting Siesta Key for vacation. Loved the keypad entry, the extra beach items (score!) and the comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked with everything they needed and the extra beach towels came in handy too!

Amazing!

My family and I had a great stay at this place. The check in process was a breeze. The owner checked on us the whole time to make sure everything was going well. Talk about location this unit is a very short walk to the beach. You get an amazing view of the beach from the balcony. It is also literally steps away from the pool. The unit has everything you need to enjoy your time there. It was very clean and had plenty of space for my family of 4. I will highly recommend it and my family and I are already looking into our next vacation in a year.

This condo was just as advertised! It was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Located directly across from Siesta Keys Beach could not be more convenient! Loved it!

Great location but needs updating

The location is what really makes this worth it. Especially for the price. As the other reviews say and as the pictures even show it could use updating. But being directly across from the public beach entrance is amazing especially with young kids. The dishwasher didn’t work while we were there so that was a disappointment, but I don’t believe the owner lnew it wasn’t fully operational. She did say they have a new one to be installed. We also had an ant problem but apparently that is common in Florida. Location is worth it for the price!

Great relaxation vacation

We loved this place! A little small, a little dated, but this is the perfectly located property. Right across the street from the best beach access - with the showers, walk path, etc. Trolley stop right out front. Owner (Shanai) nicely called a couple of times to check and make sure we had everything we needed, but she needn’t have worried. Everything we could need for the kitchen and for the beach was right there for us.

Exactly what we were looking for!

We were looking for relaxation, family time and sunshine. We had a great stay on Siesta Key. The condo was right across from the beach, maybe a 3 minute walk. The condo was very nice and clean. Looked newly painted. The condo pool was nice and pretty quiet. And we were only about 10 miles from where we spent a day on a chartered fishing boat. It exceeded our expectations and we hope to visit again next year.

Great location & the beach is gorgeous! The condo is right across the street but hard to see beach due to parking lot. Excellent pool & very nice people who stayed the same week as we did. No complaints here!
