Renovado y remodelado condominio frente al mar ubicado en la planta baja. El dormitorio tiene una cama King y el baño está justo al lado de la habitación. El salón tiene un sofá cama, permitiendo que esta unidad para acomodar hasta cuatro (4) personas. Este condominio increíble está literalmente a pocos pasos de la playa y el océano. Hay un césped bien cuidado al salir de su lanai privado, que es lo único que lo separa del Océano Pac��fico. TAT # 084-064-4608-01

From booking to paying deposit, delivery of condo check-in information, all went smoothly. A good central location and just a few minutes from the airport. Condo was clean and in good repair. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We would book here again and recommend to friends and family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Sugar Beach Resort unit 120 for 4 nights and couldn't have asked for a better rental. The condo was well-equipped by the owners and felt inviting. The view from the living room was of the ocean (and included roosters passing by on the regular), and we were maybe 150 feet from the water. The resort is easy to get to from the airport and conveniently located relative to everywhere we wanted to be. When we return to Maui, we will be looking to stay in this unit again.

Are 3rd stay at sugar beach our first time in #120. The condo was in excellent shape, very comfortable and very clean. It was an excellent stay! I left an expensive camera bag sitting in the parking lot and one of the maintenance workers found it and promptly returned it to the office! I am very thankful for such honest people! We will definitely be back for our 4th stay soon!!

It was perfect for my husband and myself and being able to walk directly out to the ocean was icing on the cake. The beach itself was a little rocky so we took advantage of the on-site pool, which was also mere steps away. Will definitely come back!

This is our 5th trip to Maui and Sugar Beach Resort, our favorite. Gary and Kara Moore’s condo #120 is FABULOUS!! All beautifully upgraded and equipped with everything you need. Fully furnished kitchen, as well as a community grill area, if you feel like cooking at home instead of going out. Property is beautifully maintained, with everything you need (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, towels) to enjoy a day at the beach. Easy drive to Kihei, Lahaina or really anywhere on the island. Terrific experience!

Well kept & great location
