Condominio Vista al Mar situado en la tercera planta del Sugar Beach Resort. Este condominio de un dormitorio tiene muchas mejoras, incluida una remodelada cocina y baño completamente equipados, pisos nuevos, pintura fresca y muchos muebles nuevos. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Sugar Beach a few times and we love the resort. The condo is very nice but could use a little updating in furniture and cooking utensils. It would be nice to have a few microwaveable dishes and containers to store leftovers in the refrigerator. Overall, we had a nice stay and we really enjoyed the resort grounds. The landscape crew does a great job keeping the grounds looking beautiful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was well kept and very comfortable. It was a perfect place to stay, with most of our activities only 30 minutes away. Our family of 4 had plenty of room. The only downside was the management. The two times I needed to interact with them, the manager was rude and dismissive. The concierge was fantastic. All in all, I would highly recommend this beachfront stay. We hope to come again.

Reviewer Comments: Sugar beach is a lovely resort, it does need a little upgrading with their outside lounge chairs but the beach is beautiful and pool area is kept very clean and tidy as are the grounds and all outside areas. The condo we rented was missing items,such as a broom etc but all in all things we great.

Amazing reef for snorkeling right in front of the condos. All the kitchen utensils you could need. Don't buy coffee filters, there is a lifetime supply at this point!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s our second time booking, the AC system wasn’t really working so we were sweating inside and night were hot but not like melting hot. Windows were better than AC so it brought in a breeze when there was one. Every thing else was above and beyond. Loved all the details and extra surprises there. Really saved us a ton of money. The views are beautiful and the practicality of having everything you need is the seller. If you have kids this is your place to book. Beach view, you can walk there with your kiddos or down to pool, parking included, washer, kitchen fully stocked, i was so excited to find all the kitchen appliances. We even found boogie boards, beach towels, soap for washing clothes and dishes, a cooler, etc. I wish they told us all the extra details, i could have saved more by not bringing some extra stuff that they already had 😜

Great long weekend in Maui

The condo was great- very much as described. The lanai was perfect for eating and relaxing - full sun in the AM and some shade in the afternoon (at least during this time of year). The location on Sugar Beach was lovely- can take long walks in either direction on great sand. We were there as a couple - I think the bed in the living room is a pull out but we did not check but for 2 ppl it was perfect. The resort itself is bit older but everything was perfectly fine/nice and honestly it was lovely to be someplace where 90% of the people were our age (late 40s) or a bit older - very chill, no super loud music or anything. It was a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The grounds are kept so nice and clean. Had fun doing water aerobics every morning. Room was very nice and well stocked. Staff at store were super nice and helpful. Hope to return again.

This was a perfect place to stay in Maui for our family. My husband and I and our two kids (4 and 7 y/o) really enjoyed the condo and everything included - the pool, beach access, boogie boards, washer/dryer, full kitchen, parking close to the unit. All was convenient and the location was great too. We had a wonderful experience here!

Sugar Beach Resort 301 was the perfect place for a girls’ getaway. The 3 of us spent 10 days here and wished it was longer. Our condo was like a home away from home, equipped w/ everything we needed right down to snorkel gear and boogie boards. Everything was so comfortable complete with King size bed. There is much to do on Maui but we always ended up back at our condo with its beautiful grounds, pool, hot tub, beach, and of course the sunsets! We’ll be back! Sherry, Kathy, Joy
