This was one of the nicest VRBO locations we’ve ever stayed at. The view over the golf course is perfect. The pool/hot tub was so nice to spend time in. The bed is very comfortable. The unit is nice and quiet. The decor is very comfortable and made us feel at home. The owner was super to deal with. My only concern is, by saying all this it will never be available when we want to come down,

Perfect relaxing getaway!

We enjoyed our spring break stay here. Great location that was between all of the MLB spring training facilities. Our boys enjoyed the pool on the warm days and we all loved relaxing in the hot tub. The condo complex is well maintained and quiet. The other residents were very friendly. The condo itself was clean and came stocked with everything we could need. The host sent us everything we needed to make check in go smoothly and responded to questions quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Nice quiet location!

Well stocked condo, kitchen has everything we needed to make full meals (even plenty of spices). The deck faces the golf course and is lovely when the morning sun shines. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to several baseball parks. Dedicated parking spot was great. Very close walk to the pool and hot tub. Bathrooms are remodeled, clean and nice. The only downside is that the second bedroom only has a pull out couch as the bed. The owner was nice enough to make sure it was pulled out and set up per my request. It was a ok pull out, but still a pull out nonetheless. The master bedroom is lovely though. Note: as disclosed, unit is on the third floor with no elevator.

Property is as advertised

Pros: Check and out was a breeze. I found the property to be excellently cleaned on the inside. There were plenty of towels, linen, cozy blankets, and the master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with some essentials as well as plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The unit's furnishings were quite comfortable and the owner's efforts are apparent. The condo is also in a central location to grocery stores and restaurants. Cons: The patio boasts a nice view, but golfers can be noisy. Also, on more than one occasion a golf ball landed near by the 3rd floor balcony, so caution is advised.The previously mentioned master bedroom bathroom lacking a door and privacy is a bit awkward for late night bathroom trips without waking one's partner. The last issue is the heavy handed European Christian iconography and art. There were many crosses, Bible quotes, an open family Bible, Christian art, books, DVDs, etc., in every room in the unit including the bathroom. I must add that I am a Christian clergyperson but felt like I was being proselytized! I could only imagine that this would make those of different or no faiths uncomfortable, as I was uncomfortable. The umbrella of Christian faith is broad and diverse. Moreover, the umbrella of a Divine Higher Spirit is even more broad and diverse. While I respect the owner's display of their faith, I feel like potential renters should be aware of this before making the decision to rent.

Very nice condo in a great area

The condo is exactly as advertised. It is well maintained and very clean, in a super quiet complex. The general location is superb and makes it easy to get most anywhere in Phoenix and surrounding areas. Easy access to stores and shopping. As noted in the description there is no elevator and it's on the third floor so be prepared to carry luggage up the stairs. It's also a bit a walk from the parking lot to the condo (which overlooks a golf course) so if you need to make multiple trips to bring in groceries, for example, be aware of that. Also as some other reviewers have mentioned the bathroom and toilet area is very open to the master bedroom which some people might find odd. There is a separate bathroom in the condo as well though. Lastly the condo is very well stocked with simple supplies like plastic wrap, band aids, basic spices and such. The owner clearly has made an effort to ensure that the guests are comfortable and well cared for. Overall, I enjoyed it and would stay again.

Lovely Condo!

This property is located in very convenient area of Scottsdale. The view of the golf course was really nice and there is a great walk path. We saw herons and other birds on our morning walks. The condo was spacious and well stocked.

Unit is in a great location, very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Photos of unit were accurate. Dana was very easy to work with and communicated details well. Just a couple of oddities that we noticed - no towel bars in master bed/bath. Just a hook to hang one towel next to shower. Also, the master bed/bath photo is accurate and there is NO door to the bathroom, just a very low partial wall that gives NO privacy when using the toilet. Was especially troublesome at night when we had to turn a light on or flush, as waking your bed partner is unavoidable. As lovely as the unit was, we would unfortunately not return because of this.

3rd floor lot of stairs, internet slow, tv apps freeze, we never did get a second key to use, ran out hot water showering. Deck view of golf course and homeless man camp. Unit was clean with upgrades. Host returned texts quickly

Wedding weekend

Came into Scottsdale for a wedding. This was a wonderful place to stay. Quiet and easy to get around. Some difficulty with parking the first night but no other issues. Highly recommend for future.

Home away from home

Everything was perfect. There wasn’t anything we could’ve possibly needed that wasn’t provided. Never stayed anyplace that was so well equipped and stocked. Felt entirely at home. The condo is spotless and so comfortable. Great location, loved being on the golf course and the pool. The neighbors are very friendly, too. Could’ve stayed forever! Nice condo and excellent host

Communication with the host, Dana, was excellent. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and watching golfers hit spray balls all over the course. The unit had just about everything you could possibly need including snacks and bottled water. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break

Great location, nice unit. We had 3 other friends staying at the same condominiums & they all were nicely decorated & updated. Our condo was decorated okay, just not my style of decor which is no big deal. The snacks & fully stocked kitchen was super nice & convenient!

Spring Training

Property is conveniently located to Salt River Field and there are plenty of nearby places to eat and grocery stores. There is also a walking trail located adjacent to unit. The Unit was comfortable for 4 adults and clean. Host provided very good instructions for directions to unit, parking and access to the unit. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Great Location, Outstanding Service and Wonder Facility

Great view over the 16th fairway. Property owner communicating very efficiently and timely. Check in process was easy. Centrally located and near many stores, shops, and restaurants. Perfect for our needs for the week we stayed.
