Lovely family house close to literally everything you could want. Cleanest I have ever encountered. We had a few BBQs with friends in the back yard watching the sun set over the canal and it was quite idyllic. Also walkable to a great local pub with a kid's play area. We had some adventures in the canoe provided and used the body boards at local beaches which were at most a 6 minute drive away. The fencing would not work for dogs who like to jump but our older dog was well contained in the yard with suitable shade available. All in all we had a lovely, relaxing week at this house.

Reviewer Comments: Well presented property, good access to shops, excellent access to the river being able to moor the boat at house jetty for the week is convenient and a time saver. Kitchen is great, and house very functional - Good value for money.

Generally liked the property and layout. Needs a decent Smart TV that easily works, with volume! Foxtel would be handy too. Should have a clothes dryer for the price. No washing powder (or liquid) for washing machine provided. Very good clothes washer, fridge and dishwasher. Linen would have been handy when being charged $x per night. Beds were comfortable.

31 Francis Port Mac

We Loved the spot. only disappointed that when we arrived the fridge wasn't on and mouldy. I found the power for the house was off. I turned it on at the power-board on, and had to clean the fridge before we could use it. The cleaners should have noticed this, and if power is left turned off, they should make sure the fridge is chocked open for storage, to prevent mould forming.

This is not something that we switch off, so I can only assume there was some sort of outage. Had you of called our office we could have had this issue rectified immediately. The property was cleaned professionally 3 weeks prior so our cleaning contractors would not have been aware of it. We look forward to welcoming you & your family back again.

Our Port Holiday

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Francis Street. Being able to dock our little boat for the week is a treat for us. The house is great. Having the bathroom upgraded is a good. Our only negative is the lounges. Need updating as hard to get out of. Especially for us oldies. Will see you next year. Thank youI would like to say the cleaners need to be more careful. The microwave was not clean and tge bedroom window blinds were very dusty.

This property was sensational for our requirements. The house has everything required. We were fishing so the jetty made it so easy. Launched boat, tie up to jetty, two minutes youre out on the river. Only issue we had was connecting to the internet, which we were unable to do during our stay. Would highly recommend this property and hopefully we will stay there again too

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love being able to bring our boat up for some fishing and being able to have use of a private jetty. The house is well appointed but the main lounge seating could be updated. Also the cleaners could do a better job. I had to clean the freezer out as was very dirty. The outdoor furniture could do with a good clean too. But all in all a lovely place.

But the cleanliness of the house was not good. I had to dust and clean before we unpacked. It put a sour taste on what was good accommodation.
