The Space:
This Villa is located in the exclusive gated community of Westmoreland Hills. Situated at the top of a hill it boosts the best panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and sensational sunsets. This stunning four-bedroom villa, each with its own en-suite bathroom is furnished with traditional Island decor from the renowned Archers Hall Design Centre, and is fully air-conditioned throughout.
Downstairs you will find the fully equipped open-plan kitchen & cozy seating area, the large floor-to-ceiling glass bi-fold doors open out to an additional covered sitting and alfresco dining area with the large private infinity pool with sun loungers.
Each spacious bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The master and queen bedrooms open onto a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee, and relish in the 180-degree views before starting your day. The master bedroom is the most generous-sized bedroom, with a large walk-in shower and walk-through wardrobe area. The top floor would be bedroom 3 with another king-size bed. Bedroom 4 with a queen size bed is situated on the entry level of the villa.
There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for guest’s use and 2 full days of housekeeping during your stay for every 7 days booked .
Residents also enjoy exclusive access to the Westmoreland Hills Recreational Area, featuring a fully equipped air-conditioned gym. This expansive facility includes a communal pool complete with sun loungers and umbrellas, a designated children’s swimming section, and separate changing rooms with shower facilities for both men and women.
