The Space:
Each of the (2) units is identical, other than differences in appointments and design. Two of the units are adjacent to one another, and both are modern, luxuriously decorated, and over-flowing with practical appeal. Each has 4 levels, a private garage, private backyard, and each has a stunning rooftop patio with unobstructed views of Downtown Colorado Springs. Spend evenings under clear Colorado skies while you’re warmed by the modern, custom fire-features! Multiple private patios & outdoor living spaces offer unlimited entertainment options here.
You’ll access each unit the same way — either through the private garage or up the stairs and through the front door, using the private key-codes provided to you at booking. There’s a bedroom on the ground-level of each unit with a private bath, separate from the rest of the living space. Upstairs from the ground levels, you’ll find the main living areas, including an open-concept living/dining/kitchen. There’s a private patio on this level with comfortable outdoor seating on each, and great views of the Downtown area.
Back inside, you’ll enjoy the quality furnishings, practical layout, and the kitchens that invite a gourmet meal. With plenty of space, you can have the whole crew over and with exceptional, modern appliances, counter space, and dinnerware you’ll be inspired to create your best culinary masterpieces. Just beyond the kitchen is a private outdoor living space, with gas-grills for even more culinary and entertaining options! Practically speaking, there’s a full-size laundry available for guest use just off the kitchen too.
Upstairs are each of the units’ remaining (3) bedrooms, including the master, with a private, luxurious master bath featuring dual vanities, an exceptional tile shower and spacious walk-in closet. The neighborhood here is modernizing, while keeping close to its turn-of-the-20th-century roots. The streets are wide and well-treed. The housing stock has a classic appeal. And down the road, many of the cafes and restaurants are housed in timeless buildings that once served a different purpose in this area of Colorado Springs full of appeal and history. Be sure to check out Rosco’s Coffee, just a couple of blocks away. A little further down the street are local favorites, Cerberus Brewing, N3 Taphouse, 503W and Benny’s (dive) Lounge.
