Entire home exclusively for guests! Spacious 6-bedroom, backs up to open space with creek and view of Pikes Peak! 5 bedrooms have king beds, and the 6th bonus room/office with a daybed/trundle. Walk-out basement with rec room has wet bar, ping pong, and foosball table and opens to patio wi fire pit and hot tub. Two air mattresses, a fold out couch and additional daybeds offer loads of possible sleeping arrangements.

The space
Loaded with natural light and stunning views of Pikes Peak and Cottonwood Creek, our home provides a comfortable setting for a large group to gather together.

Open floor plan on the main level with great room, cook’s kitchen with two sinks and plenty of countertop space, tables and chairs to accommodate a large group.

Four bedrooms, two full bathrooms on second floor.

One bedroom with a king bed and half bath on main level.

One bedroom and one full bathroom down basement.

Rec room in walk-out basement with wet bar, couch seating, ping pong table and foosball table opens to a spacious patio with hot tub, fire pit, and large yard that backs up to open space and Cottonwood Creek Trail.

Guest access
The whole home and yard is yours for your stay! Easy access to bike and walking paths with driveway and street parking for your cars.

One space in garage is available for guest use. Our property borders open space. We have mouse bait in the garage in plastic stations. Do not leave dogs or children unattended in the garage.

14 people max. No parties or large events per the Colorado Springs code.

Basement sofa folds down into bed; two single air mattresses with bedding in unit.

Landscaper will need access to back yard to mow lawn during growing season.

If we need to access the garage or outside for maintenance (garbage bin roll out or hot tub for example) during guest stay, host will text guest.

We have a new, efficient, 50 gallon water heater, but, if people take long showers, they may need to stagger them. The yard has some terraces that do not have railings.

Windows facing west on second floor and third floor start about 2 feet off the floor. Screens will not prevent falls. Use window guard locks to prevent windows from opening beyond 4 inches. Always supervise small children around windows. Terraces in backyard do not have railings. Always supervise young children in backyard.
