The Lounge A spacious area with a sunny bay window to read a book, 2 and 3 seater lounges to watch a film, and an adjoining children’s play area. Kids can take their pick of great quality toys to play with while Mum and Dad relax. There is a 55” Smart TV and a DVD player.

Kitchen Modern kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, ducted range-hood, Nespresso pod machine, kettle, and toaster.

Nearby you’ll also find lots more to do like boat-hire, Jet boat rides, National Parks, pristine beaches, bushwalks, helicopter rides, shopping, and so on.

This home is so centrally located you can access many things by foot. However, Sandy Beach and Munmorah State Recreation Area are probably best accessed by motor vehicle.
If you want an awesome holiday with friends or family click on “check availability” we’d love to have you. If you want a party house, move along this is not the place for you. Small gatherings are fine provided you do not exceed the amount of guests booked, and you do not upset the neighbours.
Notes;
Pets (If we grant an approval); - Guests must byo washing towels and bedding. - House towels must NOT be used for this purpose. - All stools must be removed from yard else a $50 fee may apply. - Animals are NOT permitted in carpeted areas (beds and lounge) - Evidence of a pet accident in carpeted area will result in a $200 carpet cleaning fee.
- The home features 2 x queen beds, 2 x single beds, & 1 x bunkbeds.
- Please leave the home clean and tidy for our next guests or a cleaning fee may apply. However, if you’d prefer to pay for a cleaner please let me know in advance.
- Our base rates allow for 4 guests incl. bedding, towels, and face washers. Bathrooms will also include a bath mat and hand towel. If more than 4 guests are attending they must be entered into your booking request and an additional guest fee is charged at $50 per night per guest. Again this is for bed linen, towels, washers etc.

Lovely house, close to water, loved the play room!
This was such a great house for a travelling family. It was super comfy, the kids toy room was great and the house was lovely and clean. So nice to be a 2 minute walk from the playground, water and local shops.
Hosts were extremely responsive and ensured we had a comfortable stay.

the first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the house, it was well furnished and very appealing. There was plenty of room for all of us and our little dog was very happy in the clean yard and with the whole outdoor area which was securely fenced so we didnt have to worry. The advantage of ducted AC was very welcome in the height of summer, it had been recently updated and was well cared for with all necessary items supplied including a great washing machine and dryer. The beds were very comfy and all linen was supplied. Another bous was the 5 minute walk to the local shops with groceries, a bakery/coffee shop, take away and local bottle shop all readily on hand. It was a pleasure to stay here and we highly recommend it.

We spent a wonderful week in this immaculate holiday house and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The house was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and very comfortable—perfect for spending quality time with family. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, which made our stay easy and relaxing.The host, James deserves special mention for his decency, kindness, and generosity. He was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help, making us feel completely at home from the start. It’s clear he genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and experience.We made lovely memories here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept home with an outstanding host. We would happily return again.

Fantastic all inclusive family accomodation
We had a wonderful time staying in this clean, toddler friendly home. Everything was provided including toys for the kids. Would highly recommend this place for families. Clean and spotless. Great location near shops and parks too.

Excellent property for family getaway.
The house was spotlessly clean and really well appointed. We were two families with young children (age 3-8) and the house was really well set up for us with lots of space. The play room was also a hit with the kids keeping them entertained for hours.
The location was great. Close to the lake and shops. Tried the local Thai which was good. Short drive to beaches.
James was excellent with communication and flexible with check in and check out times.
We would stay again.
