Villa Petit Paradis completamente renovada en 2018 después del huracán.
Villa Petit Paradis es una villa vacacional independiente de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños en la exclusiva comunidad cerrada de Orient Bay en French St. Martín.
Todo el terreno comprende 1500 metros cuadrados o 16,000 pies cuadrados. Mucho espacio para el entretenimiento y la privacidad cuando viaja en un grupo de 2 o 3 parejas o una familia. Las 3 habitaciones están dentro de la casa principal y tienen acceso a la terraza de la piscina privada.
Villa Petit Paradis permite tomar el sol natural ... sin vecinos ..

Hidden Gem with a view

Really nice, property manager was great to work with, pool, views, beds, kitchen and location where excellent, if we had to find one minor drawback was living room furniture not very comfortable

villa tres bien amenage , cuisine et salon excellents , belle terrasse avec piscine, coin repas, coin repos , 3 grandes chambres avec salle de bains privatives , sur les hauteurs de baie orientale , 500 m plage et ses restaurants et bars de plage ,calme absolu dans cette partie de la baie , tres bon contact avec philippe le responsable , prix qui correspond largement aux prestations pour cette villa ,

Amazing beach house

The house was perfect for a group of friends traveling together. The three bedrooms each have a king bed, plus a futon in one of the rooms that accommodated our three couples and kids perfectly. Beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen several nights. But, we also loved that there were so many great restaurants within a few minute walk. The beach was also less than a five minute walk. Unfortunately, when we were there (first week in June) we had a fair number of stormy days which resulted in a lot of seaweed and larger waves on Orient beach. The kids loved boogie boarding, but we also checked out several other beaches on the island to get the still blue waters we were looking for. Phil was super responsive to any questions or issues we had. Overall, highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again!

Property was ready for our visit. Property Manager Philip does an excellent job.

Perfect location. Beautiful views. Nice and roomy. 3 bedrooms with 3 separate bathrooms. Plenty of room inside and outside near pool.

A great place for a family vacation

This house was perfect for our family of adults to vacation together. Plenty of space in the house and on the patios to sit together or find a quiet corner alone. It's a short stroll to the beach and so many amazing restaurants. We'll be back!!

Breathtaking View of Orient Bay from your Patio!!

The property manager Philippe was amazing and made the reservation easy. Beautiful and remodeled villa on the hill side overlooking Orient Bay. Breathtaking view of the beaches and water while you sit on the outdoor terrace. All three bedrooms have a full bathroom. Easy walk from Villa to the shops and restaurants in the village. Easy walk to the beaches. We have stayed at several villas and we all agreed this is one of the best! Good Luck to Villa Petit Paradis and the property manager Philippe!!!

Gorgeous Villa, Stunning Views, Great Location

Petit Paradis is a gorgeous villa. It is a perfect place to entertain or to relax with friends and family. The living area is furnished with comfortable seating with bright colors. The walls are adorned with beautiful artwork. The kitchen is well equipped for a gourmet cook. We particularly liked the separate bar area so that drinks could be prepared without interfering with the cook! The three separate outdoor spaces provide additional areas for entertaining. The dining area has seating for 10-12 and provides stunning views of the water. The poolside has comfortable lounging chairs. The gazebo area is a perfect place for your morning coffee while taking in the scenery. The villa is within walking distance to the beach and several nice restaurants in Orient Village. I'd highly recommend Petit Paradis for a St. Martin vacation.

Gorgeous Villa, Stunning Views, Great Location

Petit Paradis was a gorgeous, spacious villa with ample space for entertaining inside and outside. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. The separate bar area provides additional space to make cocktails without disrupting the cook! The kitchen space alone provides good space to entertain! The living room is huge with lots of seating and has beautiful furnishings and professional artwork. The outdoor space has three areas for entertaining or lounging: the pool deck has deck chairs, the gazebo has comfy seating and the upper deck has a large dining table that can seat 10-12 comfortably. The view of the beach from the villa is breath taking! It is especially nice to have three master suites when traveling with other couples. Each bathroom has double sinks and a large shower. The bedroom furnishings are bright and cheerful. The villa is located within walking distance to the beach and many wonderful restaurants in Orient Village. The villa was so comfortable it made us feel like we were home!! I would definitely recommend this villa to others who are looking for the perfect Petit Paradis for their vacation. I cannot wait to return!

Beautiful Villa, Great Location

We loved our stay at Petit Paradis. The villa has everything you need plus more. It is well equipped and so nicely decorated that we felt at home. We went with 2 other couples. All 3 bedrooms are spacious, with king sized beds, so there is plenty of personal space. There is plenty of seating inside and out. When the group wanted to be together the dining area outside was great with a nice view of the ocean. We had a great time lounging by the pool and loved sitting out under the gazebo at night. The location is a walk to Orient Beach , plenty of restaurants and Grand Case is a short distance away. I highly recommend this villa.

Stunning, beautifully decorated villa

We really enjoyed our stay at Billa Petit Paradise. It was a perfect size for our group and located very conveniently to Orient Village. This villa is absolutely beautiful - completely renovated after Irma. The colorful decor is chic yet comfortable both inside and out. The kitchen is large, well laid out and nicely equipped for family meals or entertaining. Outside around the pool, there is plenty of seating in both sun and shade. The large bedrooms are comfortable and nicely decorated and the baths are each large and roomy. All of the linens are excellent. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

What a lovely stay!

Villa paradis was amazingly well equipped and situated very close to the beach and to the center of orient bay. There is top notch food just steps away, not to mention a full service and well maintained beach. Thank you Philippe for your service as well during our stay!

Fantastic St. Martin Villa!

We absolutely loved staying in this villa – it felt more like a friend’s house than a rental. The kitchen is great and was very nicely equipped. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and it’s really great to have a separate bathroom in each bedroom. Each bedroom was like a master suite. The location is fantastic – close to the beach and great restaurants. And the view from the end of the pool is just spectacular!

Private Villa Offering Beautiful Views and a Great Location!

Our first visit to St. Maarten and this property was perfect for a relaxing getaway! The property was recently renovated (we watched the HGTV episode that featured the property) and you can see the great attention to detail in the renovation. There were three couples during our visit and we each enjoyed the privacy of our own bedroom with en suite bathroom. The unit is rather large with plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. We even hosted a dinner party during our stay and the unit was great for entertaining. The kitchen is well-equipped. The beach and several great restaurants are only a short walk away. The owners of property went out of their way both before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and that we enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend you stay at this property!
