But once you see this magnificent home, you may never want to leave!

This statuesque Vacation Home is adorned in Colors of Sand and Sky - so serene and welcoming. Sleeping 8 in 4 spacious Bedrooms, this Reverse Floor Plan home truly has it all. As you climb the steps to the 1st Floor, you’ll find 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, and the Laundry Area. Bedroom 1 is the Master with a comfy King Bed, beachy distressed furnishings, Flat Screen Satellite TV with Streaming, and floors reminiscent of a stroll on the Boardwalk. With private access to the 1st Level Deck, you can slip out to stargaze while the rest of the family slumbers. Or sip your morning coffee while watching Herons and Egrets fish for their morning meal. The Private Master Bath has a Double Vanity and spacious Walk-in Shower.

Across the Hall, Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed, and also has Flat Screen Satellite TV with Streaming, and private access to the Waterfront Deck. Bedroom 3 is perfect for the kiddos with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full). A 2nd Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo is shared. As you slip out to the Deck, you’ll pass by the convenient Full Size Washer and Dryer - even that was done with style.

Wandering upstairs, Octopus’s Garden’s Reverse Floor Plan maximizes views, views, and more views! You’ll love relaxing in the Living Area with muted tones pulled right from Mother Nature - subtle beachy blues and sand dune beige. The wonderful Open Layout is great for spending time with those who matter most without ever feeling crowded. Dine in the comfort of Central AC in the Dining Area - with gorgeous Water Views, or Al-Fresco on the Waterfront Deck - the world is your oyster at Octopus’s Garden (pronounced arster when you’re down our way)! Grill the Fresh Catch of the Day on the Gas Grill, or wander down the street to the Marina Club Restaurant for some awesome Waterfront Dining. You can even dine Poolside with a cold beverage from the Tiki Bar.

If you are all about Outdoor Living, you’re going to be thrilled with Octopus’s Garden. You will never get bored here - there’s an adventure around every turn. Captain’s Cove is loaded with amenities - a Golf Course, Indoor Pool, 2 Outdoor Pools - 1 Bayfront with Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, Playground, Restaurant, and Snack Bar. Guests may purchase Amenity Passes for the pools by the day or the week at a minimal fee ($15/pp per day or $75/pp per week). More of a beach person? One of the most gorgeous, cleanest beaches in America, Assateague Island National Park, is only 20 minutes down the street, or take your boat to one of our awesome sand bars for your own private slice of Paradise.
