Amazing View of the Bay

This is a great location to relax with the sounds of the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Construction in the area didn’t bother us much at all.

Relaxation haven

We had a great time. Only issue was the amount of mosquitoes flying around the property. Condo was great and exactly as listed. Host was very attentive. Thanks.

Excellent

It was lovely staying here. We had a blast. The place was clean and it had a beautiful view of the beach. I bought a bar to lock the sliding door, but it already had one installed, and as a mother of 4, that scored huge points. We will definitely keep checking for this exact place for our future family vacations.

We had a great experience here. Lovely condo, nicely furnished, had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed. Perfect location. We enjoyed just sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean. Easy access to the beach. Walked to the Lexington and aquarium. Would stay here again.

Great getaway to the beach

The unit was as described - the balcony/patio had a direct view of the beach and the 2nd floor view was incredible. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, plus they labeled all of the cabinets so we didn't have to search when we needed something. The complex was quiet and we felt safe at all times. Downtown Corpus Christi was just across the bridge so we were close to everything we came to see. A great little weekend getaway!

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay here. Check in and communication with property managers was excellent. The balcony overlooking the ocean and beach was very enjoyable. The apartment is small but has everything you need and is close to the state aquarium and museums but in a quiet area right on the beach. This was our first time in Corpus Christi. The city seems pretty industrial and there was a lot of road construction which made getting around the city a bit confusing at times.

Charming

This was a work trip. The sunrise and sunsets were spectacular from the balcony. Loved walking the beach every morning and evening. All amenities are top notch and the bed super comfortable. Will come back again.

Weekend away

The view is top notch. Check in process was smooth and easy. Host was great. The place had everything labeled and was very well stocked with all the extras. The property is in kind of a sketchy area. The room we had was on the second floor and you can hear everything going on upstairs. The people upstairs were up all hours of the night.

Sunrise condo

The condo was setup very cozy with lovely beachy decor. The check in with resort was easy. The sunrise from the balcony was lovely. We got to view boats/freighters all the time. The condo had everything we needed. Although we did have a few issues with the water heater not working and cold showers the contact/Tony got the issues resolved very quickly. The condo was centrally located for lots to do. It was very windy so don't forget your wind breaker :)

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay, even though the weather wasn’t the best. My only complaint is that I never received a welcome email with the code to get into the condo. Lucky the office staff were able to help me. I emailed the Evolve team right away, but if I had waited for their response, we wouldn’t have gotten the entry code until over 24hrs after our arrival. So, EVOLVE, please do better for the owners of the condo. Because it is absolutely lovely.

Great view

I wanted a beachfront balcony and that's what I got! This unit was perfect for our week long visit. There was a problem when we first arrived but the owners went above and beyond to make it right and quickly. You're walking distance to a playground and to the USS Lexington. It's a great spot. There is not a tub or a shower wand so keep that in mind if you have to bathe little ones. The property might give you some pause when you arrive but the unit is well maintained and we never felt unsafe while we were there. This is our second stay in this condo complex. DON'T go to the HEB that your GPS will say is closest, it's hard to get to. You're better off going the opposite direction to the next closest HEB for groceries.

Just Ok

I knew when I reserved this condo the location did not have the elevator working but I didn't realize how bad it would be carrying up groceries and luggage, so you might want to consider you will go up 2 flights of stairs multiple times. With the look of the property on the exterior they are not in a hurry to fix it. I am also aware the property cannot determine who rents around them but neighbors above were VERY loud into the late night so it was not a restful stay. The pictures online do look accurate. The beach area is not crowded at all if you spend time at the water.

Construction and cockroaches

We were not notified of the construction taking place at the property. If we would have known we would have cancelled prior to the final payment.There was exposed wiring, siding was removed,constant construction noise and concrete in need of repair. The unit was dirty, no hot water in the bathroom, the bed sinks to the middle and the sheets needed to be replaced. When we contacted the local contact he was rude and blamed the situation on us not letting him know sooner. We let the local contact know Sunday night that We were leaving. Our check out was for Tuesday.We tried to stick it out as we had already paid, but ended up leaving early when we had live cockroaches in the unit...there is a gap in the door frame.

Absolutely stunning, Sparkly Clean, Great communication!

Super clean and outstanding beachy condo It has a spectacular view! It is located in the back of the building in front of the beach. It is so quiet that you can hear the sound of the waves day and night, you only hear the ocean and birds. This unit had everything we needed from the well-appointed kitchen to the best high deck chairs so we could see over the railing while seated, overlooking the water. You feel like you are in the ocean. The queen bed is so soft that you don't want to get up. My children enjoy the bunk beds and my mother and father didn't mind sleeping in the sofa bed since they provide a mattress topper for the sofa bed. They also provide quality towels, sheets and great room darkening curtains. We appreciated the cleanliness of the unit, it was sparkling clean. The condo is small; however, the furniture including the kitchen stools were perfectly furnished for the home. They were able to have everything in a small space. I believe this condo is perfect as advertised for not more than a family with up to 3 to 4 adults. The floor was easy to keep clean and everything had its place. The host is very responsive, he always responds within minutes. We are hoping to return to this excellent condo!

Not what expected

The inside of the room itself was clean and tidy. However, we were disappointed with the stay as a whole. When we arrived to the condo we were told that our check in time had been pushed back by 30 minutes. Once we arrived we attempted to enter the condo with no luck because the key pad on the door was out of batteries, we contacted the person mentioned in our email and got access to the unit using a key. The digital key pad did not work the entirety of our stay. When we entered the unit we were shocked to see the utter lack of bed space considering the advertisement mentioned it could sleep 6 adults. There are 4 adults in our party. The size needs to be mentioned in that advertisement or specified that it in fact does not sleep 6 adults. The bunk beds were short and more narrow than a twin bed. Aside from that, walking up to our unit the condition of the outside is unacceptable. Exposed wiring and exposed framing of the condo is not at all mentioned in the confirmation of this condo. As four women staying in this condo we do not feel safe when it comes to the condition of this complex. The excuse given that the check in time was pushed back was so the condo could be cleaned properly, there are unfinished drinks in the fridge that are not ours as well as laundry going in the dryer, also not ours. We are highly disappointed in the descriptions given versus the reality of what we walked in to. We attempted the bunk beds the first night, however it was so uncomfortable we decided to use the pull out couch the next night. The pull out couch did not pull out, it was completely broken. We instead had to use a blow up mattress. When doing so we realized none of the outlets have covers and there was exposed wire on every outlet. We did contact Evolve regarding our issues. We were continuously told they were waiting on their end to hear back from the owner on what we could do.

The condo itself was beautiful! The facility needs to update itself especially the elevator and paint. The shower in the condo was awful that’s the only reason I wouldn’t give the condo itself a 5 star!! No water pressure and the water didn’t stay hot long and needs scrubbed more. But we were very pleased

wonderful!

The condo had everything needed from indoor and outdoor cooking utensils to beach towels and beach chairs and toys. even some life jackets. the view was spectacular.
