In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers two bedrooms, overlooks the lagoon and Turtle Point Golf Course, and is about a 5-minute walk to the beach.

Featuring an open floor plan, abundance of natural light, and updated furnishings, this first-floor villa is the perfect retreat after a day at the beach. The living area offers comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and tranquil views of the golf course and lagoon. The light-filled dining area offers seating for six and opens into the screened porch and kitchen. The fully equipped, updated kitchen offers bar stool seating for three, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a double-sink vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two full-sized beds and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Enjoy sweeping lagoon and golf views from the rear deck and screened porch. The deck has plenty of lounge seating and an outdoor table for those wanting to dine al fresco. The screened porch features a sectional sofa and a ceiling fan for added comfort.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Relaxing getaway

A wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and well stocked with just about any kitchen tool you may need. Screened porch with golf course view was a nice bonus!! <10 minute walk to the beach. Would absolutely return.

First Visit to Kiawah Island

The Villa I rented at Turtle Point was excellent! Since I play golf this Villa was especially fun as it was located half way down the 18th fairway on Turtle Point Golf Course. The property was well maintained and very comfortable. Overall experience was 5 stars!’

President’s Day Weekend Retreat

Wonderful property. Great unit for a family. Walking distance to beach and Sanctuary. Remember to make your dinner reservations way in advance on a Holiday weekend otherwise kitchen and deck are perfect for home cooked meal. Can’t wait to come back.

The unit was very clean and updated as advertised! One of the nicer units that we have rented.

We had a great experience. This unit is one of the nicest that we’ve rented in Kiawah. Check in and check out was very easy. A 10 out of 10!
