A masterpiece of Design, Luxury, and Elegance. Complete renovation with beautifully interior-designed finishes. Every piece of cabinetry, hardware, shower finishes, bathroom fixtures, furniture, artwork, kitchen appliances have been meticulously hand-picked to create a pristine, luxury stay for the guest.

Entering into the luxury suite you will look straight out the window wall to the Lake and Village at Lake Las Vegas. A covered patio draws you out to watch the lake and village activities. The quiet stir of paddleboards and kayaks creates a peaceful respite on your private balcony. We have created an outdoor yoga experience for you on the balcony with yoga mats, towels, and a beautiful view of the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise, and an evening glass of wine and dinner on your outdoor table while you enjoy a glorious desert sunset.

The kitchen is completely stocked with all the kitchen equipment you would need to prepare a simple turkey dinner or a gourmet meal. The cook can enjoy preparing a meal while enjoying the family in the kitchen that opens to the great room. A large table sits six with seating for an additional 3 at the kitchen bar.

Every room has full-on views of the Lake. The primary suite enjoys views down the lake towards the lake mead with a large shower with two shower heads, including a rain shower. Two sinks with a large lighted mirror in the primary suite bathroom provides convenience for guests. Beautiful bright natural light during the day and exquisitely placed lighting for evening relaxation creates enjoyment day and night. A large high-definition TV for movies and sports is easily enjoyed from the Eastern King bed. Side tables with cellphone or computer plug-ins keep your device batteries full.

The secondary bedroom suite includes a Queen bed with luxury bedding, and side tables with charging stations for cell phones. The view is of the lake and the pool area. The High definition TV provides entertainment and relaxation. The large bathroom includes two sinks, a large lighted mirror, and a large shower.

The property has a Ring Doorbell Camera on the door.

Wonderful getaway

It's hard to believe there's such a beautiful, serene place within a short drive from the Vegas strip. We rented a boat and kayaks one day and the restaurants there were wonderful. It's too bad the pool heater was not working but we were allowed to go to another condo complex for that. I hope this little community can revive itself. For now, the Casino is shut down, the spas at local resorts were closed and many of the shops were vacant.

Great location and great view

I could not have been happier with the place. The view of the lack from most of the unit as well as the spacious deck overlooking the lake made it a place to remember. I'll be back!

Beautiful views

Property was as advertised, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I would note as others did that the main bedroom is quite bright as the sun rises but we weren't bothered by it. I would recommend this property.

Lovely Stay at Luxurious Lake Las Vegas

Our Family enjoyed a very relaxing stay at this beautiful, scenic property. We were thankful not to encounter any of the issues or challenges described by others. We brought ant traps just in case, but they weren't needed. The suite already had some in place. We brought extra paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, and dishwashing liquid. Our supplies were not needed. The suite was well stocked. The couch and beds were comfortable. It was nice to have big screen TV's in each room. I liked having access to all the channels including Netflix. Wi-fi connection was great. We weren't able to relax outdoors due to the high winds (and the little insects, which may have been mosquitos). The light switches were a bit challenging in the kitchen/dining area. And the kitchen and bathroom faucet fixtures can use some tightening. The Master-suite was perfect for my parents. Overall a great stay. Wish we had a few more days to enjoy!

Sadly, the property has some serious issues that need to be addressed. The windows are 20 years old and the first 4 nights my bedroom window didn’t close all the way (it was 30 degrees out). The blinds are paper and were stuck in the roller shade by other renters (not their fault) but they were never repaired. The sun comes blazing in first thing in the morning. Being on the lake is beautiful but the little village on the lake has suffered badly since COVID and many shops and restaurants are now closed. The property description said the unit was recently renovated and I think they made some upgrades, but things like the broken windows and bathroom faucets that turned 360 degrees, and ripped screens were annoying. They sent someone to try and repair some of those things and the engineer was VERY kind but it was a big interruption to a vacation that was only 7 days long. We had 4 days of issues and repairs. They ended up giving me a credit but it still cost $2,000. Housekeeping is NOT doing their job. I wore a NEW pair of slippers while I was there and the floor (stone) didn’t look dirty but my slippers were black by the end of my stay. Some of the “fresh” towels in the bathroom had hair on them. I never spoke with the owners- they live out of the country. You will only deal with Las Vegas Vacations- the property mgmnt company. Raymond was nice and did the best he could and was VERY responsive but if the unit isn’t in great shape- what can they do? I HATE to leave this review because they tried to fix things at the last minute by sending an engineer but he could only do so much. You can’t fix broken windows, ripped screens, broken blinds, faucets in EVERY room that spin around when you use the sink, while tenants are renting the place. That needs to be done with professional vendors. I don’t want another person to have their hard earned vacation ruined like mine was. Once EVERYTHING is fixed and housekeeping actually mops the floors, then it might be ok. Until then, I can’t recommend this place. I just don’t want anyone to be as disappointed as I was. It looks amazing in the pictures but it needs serious work. The same owners have many units in this community so make sure you look to see what you’re getting and be careful. Safe travels
