The two homes
Salt Therapy North and Salt Therapy South each stand on their own, yet connect to give your group room to breathe. Three levels of living space are served by a private elevator - no stairs required for anyone who needs a break from them. Multiple living areas, covered patios, and ocean-facing outlooks mean everyone finds their own corner to unwind.
Saltwater pool & outdoor living
Step outside to a private saltwater pool open year-round. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Fire up the BBQ grill on the patio, or grab the beach towels and chairs and head straight to the sand - direct beach access is just steps away.
Sleeping arrangements
Six bedrooms spread across the two homes give couples, families, and mixed groups plenty of space. Bed linens, towels, and essentials are provided so you can arrive and settle in right away.
Kitchen & dining
Both kitchens are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster - along with cooking basics, dishes, and a dining table for the full group.
On the water
Boat and jet ski parking is on-site, with direct intracoastal waterway access nearby. Three driveway spaces plus a garage keep every vehicle sorted.
Location
North Vilano Beach puts you minutes from the restaurants, boutiques, and storied streets of St. Augustine - the Nation's Oldest City. Groceries, dining, and the beach are all within easy reach. We are a local host company, so help is always close by.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated & No Hot Tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage or outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog. Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
