The Space
Guests enjoy the entire property, which includes two separate houses - Salt Therapy North and Salt Therapy South. Together, they offer space for up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 6 beds. Each house features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, for a total of 4 full bathrooms + 2 half bathrooms across the property. Spread over three levels, the homes are connected by inviting outdoor areas that make it easy to gather as a group while still maintaining privacy. An elevator - with accessible dimensions - provides convenient movement throughout the homes.
Outdoor Living
At the center of the property, a private outdoor pool offers a refreshing place to cool off after time on the beach. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Patios and balconies extend the living space outdoors, creating comfortable spots to take in the ocean view or relax with the sound of the waves nearby. With the beach just steps away, beach essentials - including beach towels and beach chairs - make shoreline outings effortless. A grill and dining table allow for easy outdoor meals in the coastal air.
Kitchen and Dining
Each house includes a full kitchen and a dedicated dining area, giving your group flexibility for shared meals or quiet mornings. Whether preparing breakfast before a beach walk or gathering for dinner after exploring St. Augustine, the layout supports both connection and comfort.
Comfort and Convenience
Air conditioning, Heating, and ceiling fans keep the homes comfortable year-round. Inside, a 50 inch HDTV, Wifi, and a Dedicated workspace provide entertainment and connectivity. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays, and bathroom essentials are provided. The property also features a private entrance, Self check-in with a Keypad, and Free driveway parking on premises - 3 spaces. Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
Additional Information
The property is dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, and assistance animals are always allowed. This unique two-home retreat combines shared gathering spaces with private accommodations, creating a comfortable and memorable setting for your coastal getaway.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
