We would love to welcome you to our family holiday home White Sands situated in the beautiful little seaside hamlet of Mollymook Beach.

After many years of coming to Mollymook for our family holidays, we were lucky enough to find this beautiful little home a few years ago in our favourite location, an easy 5 minute or 700m walk to the beach, cafes and golf club.

Situated in a sought after area of the Mollymook Beach location, this cute little beach cottage has all the comforts of home. The ambiance we have created is that of a bright and happy family beach house, ready for you to create your own beach holiday memories.

A walking/cycling path runs parallel to Mollymook Beach and the 9 hole golf course, stretching around into Ulladulla Harbour, where you can enjoy breakfast or lunch at one of the Harbourside cafes. Surfing, snorkelling and dolphin-spotting are just a few of the activities to experience in beautiful Mollymook. Take a short 5 min drive into the quaint township of Milton and enjoy shopping or browsing the many unique shops.

Our local dining experiences are many and include family friendly restaurants such as Mollymook Golf Club and Cupitt's Winery to Rick Stein's at Bannisters, Tallwood, Bannister's Pavilion and many more.

Children are not forgotten and are entertained by the designer-built community play area located next to the Mollymook Beach hut overlooking Mollymook surf beach.

We loved White Sands. The well-appointed kitchen and bathroom were stocked with quality items. It is a lovely house, in a great location. It is not cluttered, providing us with enough space. Maree was an excellent host, and we will stay here again.

Mollymook Beach House

We were thrilled with our stay. Our family visit Mollymook once a year to unwind and relax. This visit we were in close vicinity to Mollymook Beach and Mollymook Golf Club. Would recommend to any other family wishing to visit beautiful Mollymook.

Girls weekend

A charming beach area home that was clean and welcoming on arrival.It has three separate rooms, one each of us, lovely towels and fresh linens provided. A small but clean kitchen with all we needed for our stay.Only a single bathroom but wasn’t a problem for our group.. We enjoyed the local restaurants and exploring the area.

Lovely beach house

A lovely and very thoughtfully prepared beach house close to the beach in Mollymook. The house was immaculate, the beds comfy, the outside BBQ area great to cook and relax in. It had everything we needed for our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Cosy and close to the beach

We had a fabulous time staying at White sands. The beach, golf club and cafes are an easy walk. In a quiet location with wonderful neighbours who looked out for us. The house had everything that we needed. Thank u for a great holiday!

A home away from home

The property was cosy, inviting and clean and had everything you could ask for (including Biscoff biscuits). It really did feel like a home away from home. The street was quiet and the neighbours were lovely. Being able to walk down to the beach and Golf Club was a bonus. The welcome basket was such a beautiful touch, we will definitely be back!

Fabulous! Highly recommend.

We loved our 7 night stay. Location was excellent, we loved waking up to the birds and the sound of the ocean. The house itself was clean, bright and had everything we could need. The well stocked welcome basket was a lovely surprise. We will definitely be back!

Lovely house for a family week at the beach

This was a lovely little beach house with everything we needed. We could walk to the beach. Very peaceful street. Enclosed backyard which was great for kids. We had a perfect family week at the beach. Mollymook was beautiful.

House was lovely and location was good. Very close to the beach. A few negative- no WIFI, 4pm checkin and only 1 bathroom. The last 2 was in the description but the lack of wifi was not clearly stated

Terrific family home near the beach

Our family was very impressed with ‘White Sands’ at Mollymook. The location was great, house equipped with everything you could possibly need and we were greeted with a delicious basket of local goodies on arrival, which was such a kind offering. A very clean and well maintained home with comfy beds and secure backyard. We would most certainly stay again. Thank you Maree!

A lowkey coastal getaway

My family and I had a great week relaxing in beautiful Mollymook. This is a great beach shack, perfect for our small, young family. The house is an easy walk to the beach front, playground and kiosk, and a short drive to the other Mollymook shopping area and nearby Ulladulla. We stayed in late Feb when weather was mid 20s and the house still got quite warm with only A/C in main living area. The fans in bedrooms were sufficient overnight but worth noting in case you're staying in the peak of summer heat. Just something to be mindful of. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive. Can highly recommend White Sands for your stay in Mollymook.
