This property features 5 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is a Google Nest doorbell device with an exterior security camera on the front entry of the main house facing out, 1 camera is located on the north corner of the garage facing the driveway and street, 1 camera is located on the south corner of the garage facing the driveway and street, 1 camera is located on the southeast corner of the guest house facing the yard and main residence, and 1 camera is located on the northeast corner of the main house, facing the front of the guest house. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The Google Nest doorbell device records video when motion is detected by the device or when the doorbell button is pressed. The remaining cameras actively record video and sound while guests are in residence
- NOTE: This property has a birdfeeder with an exterior camera on the southeast corner of the yard in the hackberry tree facing the fence, neighboring houses, and the corner of the yard. The camera is outward facing, does not look into any interior spaces, and faces away from the property. The camera records video and sound when motion is detected by the device. It will record when it first senses motion from birds, and 10 seconds after the last motion is detected
- NOTE: The hosts’ garage, which is used as a home office, shares a wall with the king guest bedroom. While the space is well-insulated and typically quiet, you may occasionally hear faint voices during daytime working hours.
