A 4 bedroom, two bathrooom home located in Kissimmee just minutes from US 192.

Upon entering the home you will find an open plan kitchen, dining and living area where there is plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has a dishwasher, refrigerator and stove in case you want to prepare your own meals and a laundry room with new washer and dryer.

There is a master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite facilities which features a large tub and walk in shower with nicely detailed frosted glass door.There is also plenty of vanity unit space. There is another queen bedroom and a further two bedrooms which sleep 6 and a bathroom shared between them.

Back into the main living area you will find a dining table that has plenty of seats for everyone, two large sofas and a large screen TV. This area overlooks the lanai and private pool which back onto conservation land so plenty of privacy for you and your family.

Nearby you will find a wide range of shops and restaurants including a Wal-Mart Supercenter. Walt Disney World is just a short 20 minute drive and Universal Orlando, just 30 minutes away making this a great place to base yourself during your stay in Orlando.
