Stunning Riverside Retreat - Escape to Niagara

We would love to welcome you to our beautiful home away from home in the center of the beautiful Niagara Region. Our home "Stunning Riverside Retreat" is centrally located; minutes walk to the downtown shops and restaurants and within 30 minutes of beaches, wineries and the world famous Niagara Falls. Gather with your loved ones and cozy up by the fireplace. Whether it's adventure, relaxation or business that calls you, we will be happy to host you.
The space
This delightful home is equipped with a modern kitchen, dining area that seats 6 people and a very bright open concept living room. You will enjoy 3-piece bathroom with extra large shower.
The house holds 3 spacious bedrooms with one queen bed in each room. We also have 2 sofa beds in the living room. The sofas pull out into double beds. All linens and towels are provided for you.
The house contains a spacious open concept combining an area for entertainment satellite TV and WIFI and a sitting room by a fireplace for a rest or relaxation time and a lovely dining room.
We provide extra sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, body wash gel, paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, laundry soap and basic cleaning supplies. The full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor and are accessible for guest use. The living room has a Smart TV with Roku devise and you can use streaming services such as Netflix (please use your own account) and more along with unlimited high-speed Wi Fi.
The fully-stocked kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher alongside many other amenities (including Toaster, Tea Kettle, and Coffee Maker) and contemporary finishes. There are Smart home features through the house such as Eco Bee thermostat to ensure a convenient stay. We have 2 exterior (outside) cameras to ensure your and the house safety.
There are 4 private parking spots on the driveway.

Enjoy your own patio in the sunny backyard, complete with a table and patio umbrella.
You can relax and have your morning coffee or afternoon tea in the sunroom.

Below is a quick outline of our house rules:

- No smoking or vaping inside the house
- If smoking outside guests must properly dispose of the cigarette butts
- Absolutely no parties are permitted
- No pets are allowed
- We hold good relationship with our neighbors and require our guests to respect by keeping outdoor noise by minimum
- No additional overnight guests are permitted
- Please respect our house as you would like your guests to respect your house
- If there is anything you need to make your stay more comfortable please let us know. We are committed to our guests and will do our best to accommodate
- Accidents happen. If you break an item during your stay, please let us know so as we can fix or replace it for future guests to enjoy
