HURRICANE UPDATE: The pool is open and elevator is now back in service!

Please note: From July 2025 to January 2026, the building will be undergoing a significant renovation project. Be advised that during this period, there will be active construction occurring on the exterior of the building, including balcony work, which will result in balcony closure during that time.
The condo will remain open for rent during this time. However, we do want to make you aware that there will be some noise and disturbances due to the construction activities. We have applied a discount to this unit during the construction time due to the inconvenience this will cause.

This Chateaux condominium offers the perfect getaway to catch up on rest, relaxation and much needed together time! The view will mesmerize you from the moment you enter. Located on the first floor, with a large, wrap around balcony and open and airy floorplan, this beach home has the perfect amount of natural lighting allowing you to make the most of the Florida sunshine!

From the stainless appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen to the extremely comfortable (and able to seat everyone!) living room, enjoy the open concept living area.

The master suite has a king size bed, large walk in closet and flat screen television. Also, there is another private balcony off the main bedroom.

On site laundry available. No Smoking/No Pets


Want to venture out? Play miniature golf at Smuggler's Cove and feed the alligators in between putts! Indian Shores Coffee Company is just a short walk away as well as the world-famous Salt Rock Grill! So many choices of things to do in the area….What are you going to do?
Enjoy using the beach-side heated swimming pool or spend the day at the beach! This is the perfect couples retreat!

The complex was small, had a great pool and was a mere seconds walk to the water. Truly a beach-lover’s dream condo!

only two complaints

we had only two complaints. The toilet often would not fill and flush. The TV's should have some instructions, we could not get the sound in the living room to work. We couldn't get any channels to work in the bedroom. Thankfully the weather was beautiful and the TV wasn't needed much.

Growing up on the beach and getting older on the beach are 2 different lives.So happy to get a property as it was short notice. Very friendly and professional Reservations and Property a bit beat up, but it's the beach. Noticed building was recently painted on the outside with new signage.Condo was clean. Left a few suggestions like need black out curtains in bedroom and an additional AC vent ... it's VERY hot in bedroom. Pots and pans could be updated because Teflon coming off. Outside tabletop rusted should be replaced. Perfect size and living furniture plenty big and beautiful. Loved private beach access. All in all very pleased.

The one bedroom is perfect for us which is why we like Chateau. Unfortunately, the elevator has been broken 2 of the 3 years we’ve stayed here. We don’t feel that we should have to drag our stuff up multiple flights of stairs for what this condo costs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our out of town family members rented 3 condos at Chateaux for accommodations after attending a family funeral in town. The beach/pool location was great. #201 was nicely decorated (although the couch/loveseat seemed wearily worn) Tiny sugar ants were on the counter. The blinds and a/c return vent cover were visibly very dusty. The light bulb to bedroom closet did not work. It was a plus to have paper towel roll, sponge, dish detergent, dish cloth, dish towels, dishwasher detergent available for ready use in the kitchen. There was a good supply of clean towels, extra sheet set, pillows, blanket, bath bar soap, toilet tissue available. We had to bring our own pool/beach use towels. It would have pleased us to have beach towels available for our use. Beach chairs were available for our use on the beach. The loose front door lock plus outdoor light on the outside wall made it challenging to access the unit at night. We liked the wrap around balcony, although only frequented the west view of the beach, because the other parts faced concrete walls. Family from out of town enjoyed the beach scenery stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice but the tv did not work and the toilet was running all times. We called on Monday and maintenance came. Fixed tv but was told a plumber had to fix toilet. We had to turn on water to toilet and shut off anytime someone used it. Plumber came Tuesday and said needs new toilet and needs owner approval. They suddenly not approved so we was dealing with that for 7 days. By mistake we left a bag of laundry and called as soo we got home and was told well to bad we trash everything we find

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely gorgeous views of the beach along the Gulf of Mexico! Excellent location near restaurants,shopping, attractions. Lots of natural light, fabulous views from wrap-around balcony. There is another balcony at the back, facing Gulf Blvd. There is a table and high-top chairs there but we never sat out there. Roomy walk in closet in BR. King size mattress and bed linens were about the best we've ever had in all of our travels. Head of bed has a remote to raise or lower it -- very nice! Comfy LR furniture. Dining table is nice but the chairs are uncomfortable. Floor was not very clean when we arrived. Management company was fantastic and promptly responded whenever we requested something. We highly recommend this condo for a delightful, relaxing beach vacation. The sound of the surf and the spectacular sunsets were two of our favorite things about our stay.

Room was nice, beautiful view, VERY nice balcony - love the high top table so you can see over rail. Only issue - it was not filthy but it could use a little better cleaning in the corners of the unit. Overall, highly recommend this Condo. Great location also.
