¡Nuestro oasis de 3 dormitorios en la planta baja lo tendrá en ese estado mental relajado de vacaciones en muy poco tiempo!

Ubicado en el St. Complejo de Augustine Beach y Tennis Club, nuestro apartamento incluye una membresía para el club deportivo.
Si eres del tipo activo, el club cuenta con muchas canchas de tenis, un gimnasio y una piscina cubierta.
Si eres más del tipo de baños de sol, la piscina al aire libre está a pocos pasos de nuestra puerta corrediza de vidrio y patio. Es ideal para disfrutar de un buen libro.
Y sorprendente St. Augustine Beach está a solo 150 pasos por el paseo marítimo privado desde la parte posterior de la terraza de la piscina.

Nuestro apartamento tiene un amplio dormitorio principal con baño en suite y 2 dormitorios independientes con un segundo baño compartido.
El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales que se pueden combinar para hacer un rey.
El tercer dormitorio está al final del pasillo y tiene una cama de tamaño completo.
El "diseño dividido" ofrece una privacidad ideal y tranquilidad entre las habitaciones.

La cocina tiene todas las comodidades modernas.

TV Roku 4K con Neflix y otras funciones de TV inteligente, además de cable estándar e internet con wifi, todo incluido.

Lo sentimos, pero las reglas del condominio prohíben que los inquilinos a corto plazo traigan sus mascotas. Se requiere una reserva mínima de un mes para cualquier huésped que desee traer una mascota.

Hay una ocupación máxima estricta de 8 personas (incluidos los niños pequeños) para dormir toda la noche.

We stayed at this place two years ago and we liked it so much that we booked it again. Dev was available via the phone. Excellent host we would definitely stay there again in the future.
This is my brother and his wife and me, at the famous Oasis restaurant. Great food and service.

Nice property

The condo is on the first floor. Very close to pools and beach walk. However, the code into the apartment did not work. It took 45 minutes to get that straightened out. The closet door to the furnace kept falling off. The patio and cushions were not clean. The place was decorated very cute. Comfortable beds.Alexa and automatic lights everywhere. Plenty of parking.

Could have been better

Overall, great condo lay out and location. Easy access to beach. However, the lack of cleanliness needs to be addressed. Bathrooms are dated with visible mold in the faucets. Appeared something may have spilled in the bedroom, black mold noted in one entire corner. In fairness to the owner, he did offer to send a cleaning crew. Also, I realized later the floors were so filthy that all of us had very dirty feet from walking around barefoot- not great since I had two toddlers running around. The entire outdoor patio and grass space was unusable during our entire visit due to construction. While the owner indicated he could not do anything about it, I do believe he would have been notified by the condo association that such an event would be occurring, and could have notified us prior to accepting our booking. After multiple messages, we did finally receive our negotiated refund for the issues.

It was like home.

We love this condo Sooo much. If and then we go back, we hope to stay there again. Very, very clean and nice. Wonderful location and quiet. We felt very safe. Close to a very nice beach. And the beach was beautiful. White sand and the sound of the ocean. Very, very nice and relaxing.

Quiet and Restful!

This is our 2nd year in a row. Our family absolutely loves this property! Dev is great to work with - a prompt and courteous communicator. The coastal decorations are tastefully done and the property has all the necessary amenities of home. The beach is just a short walk up the boardwalk right out the back door. We are just minutes away from the beautiful Old City. My family views it as their 2nd home! We love it here and hope to be back.

Love this unit!

We have been staying at St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Condominiums for about 15 years now for our family vacation. This is for sure one of favorite units to stay in by far! Very clean, easy check in & out, owner was easy to get ahold of when needed. 10/10 unit!

Wonderful vacation time

We are thankful to the Owner and Property Management for making this vacation possible. Everything was close by - beach, tennis fields, pools. The apt is clean, all needed amenities available. A place to return.

The pools were very close to our patio and taking our chairs and beach accessories was a short convenient walk away. Enjoyed both everyday.

Birthday Get-a-way Gem

The condo was exactly as it was described . The location was great! Just a few steps to the pools and another few steps to the ocean!! The condo is well stocked with beach needs- towels, chairs, umbrella. Lots of pots and pans in the kitchen as well as leftover containers!! It was a great place to celebrate our daughter’s birthday! We will definitely be back!! Our host was awesome!!

Great location - close to pool and ocean

The location on ground floor didn't afford a view of the ocean, but it was easy to access and there was a great view of the garden and paths leading to the pools and nice boardwalk to the ocean. The pools aren't heated, and the indoor pool mentioned at the athletic club was damaged by a storm in September and has not been repaired. This home has Alexa - which we found annoying, along with motion detectors on other lights that turned on and off repeatedly. The two twin beds do not make a king - they are different heights. I wish there had been a king bed for my 6'4" son-in-law. Very close to A1A with restaurants, shops, etc. but far enough away to be peaceful. We went to Old Town, the Fountain of Youth, Alligator Farm, Lighthouse, Castillo de San Marcos Fort and found sharks teeth on Ponte Verde beach. We loved the architecture and history of St. Augustine and walked George Street with quaint shops and bars/restaurants. The food and atmosphere at Prohibition Kitchen was wonderful and lunch at Harry's in the courtyard was exceptional. There's a lot to do! Or you can sit and relax at the pool or ocean. We had a great time and loved the St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Club. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Hidden Gem

We spent a month here, the second year in the same unit. Though the weather was cooler & rainier, we enjoyed our time. The condo is close to most everything, yet just enough off the main road that you don’t feel the hecticness. And being directly on the beach is always the best.

Great Beach Access

I stayed with my mother & aunt- both are 80+ so a ground floor/single story place on the beach was essential. The rest was bonus: -super comfortable beds -well appointed kitchen -beach towels and chairs It was interesting how my two elderly gals handled a smart house with 90% of the lights running via Alexia… be warned LOL!

Girls Getaway

The condo was very clean and well stocked. Nice location-on the courtyard near the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We had a great time and would definitely come back again!!

Perfect Location

Getting in touch with the owner if there were any issues was easy and they were quick to respond. The easy access to the beach made taking our kids to the beach a wonderful experience and we were able to walk back to our room in 5 minutes if we needed a break. The pools were wonderful and the room itself was very cozy. My only suggestion would be for the owners to have extra blankets and sheets available for the beds if we wanted to change or wash our sheets and needed extra. Overall great stay and experience!

Best vacation ever!

This was the perfect getaway. Short walk to the beach which was absolutely beautiful! And it is close to Old Town for sightseeing - the Trolley ride is a must-do! The condo was every we expected and more! My whole family loved it so much! We will be back!
