For added convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Entertainment is a breeze with TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, ensuring you can unwind with your favorite shows or movies after a day at the beach. This updated condo blends comfort and convenience, offering the perfect coastal retreat for families, friends, or couples looking to enjoy historic St. Augustine and the beautiful Florida shoreline.

No smoking in property or on the patio.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).


Primary renter must be present on all bookings


There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.


Smoking - There is no smoking allowed inside the house or in porch. Smoking only allowed in parking lot, away from units.
