The property's views are amazing! Proximity to beach amazing. The complimentary beach chair/umbrella service was a very nice perk.We enjoyed the stay and would go back!

The view is spectacular from the balcony- saw dolphins every morning. The condo itself was really comfortable- will definitely be back!Brooks and Shorty ALWAYS takes care of you in every way- couldn’t be more pleased.

Wonderful family vacation

There were a few issues that we reported when we left so hopefully those were resolved. Example: the dishwasher smelled.Dan, the umbrella guy, was very nice and helpful with our extra umbrella.Hope to be back in 2025 !!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo has a beautiful view from balcony. It’s not too far from Destin but far enough to avoid the crazy traffic. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend but I would like to see a thorough clean. The floors need to be scrubbed and the unit could use a more thorough clean. Your socks will be black just walking across floor.

We love Gulf Dunes and have stayed in numerous different condos.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was very adequate but we had a few issues in the beginning. The washing machine was not working properly which made it hard to keep up with laundry for 6 adults and a baby. There was a broken chair in the dining room. The first night the smoke alarms beeped all night and we had to remove the batteries to get them to stop. The toaster was burning everything we tried to toast. After contacting management they replaced the batteries in all of the smoke alarms, removed the chair, brought a new toaster and told us the washer could not be fixed, the owners upon contact had opted to replace the washer but that did not happen during our stay. The kitchen needed a few things. No bowls for mixing or salads, no large skillet for a larger family. The bedrooms were very adequate and met our needs. I personally would not rent this condo again. On cleaning up to check out we discovered the garbage disposal did not work which I reported on the day we were leaving so not sure what the outcome of that was. ALSO, we checked out at 4 a.m. and there were NO carts available for us to use to transport our baggage to our car and had to make multiple trips. I would say other renters had put the carts in their rooms so they would have one when they got ready to check out. This was a great inconvenience.

Great Vacation

Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at this complex many times, this unit in particular was not as good as others. Location ,amenities of the complex overall are fine. There are some broken items that needed attention, clean but not impeccably. Never did get the TV connected via Wi-Fi. Top floor cor unit was good location. No issues that were overall problems but other units have stayed and have definitely been better than this one in terms of upkeep maintenance etc.
