This five-acre, newly-renovated property offers flexible accommodation for multi-generations or groups of friends and is conveniently located less than an hour and a half from Sydney's CBD. AquaVerde features the main house which can sleep 11, the Pool Villa which sleeps two guests and Court Villa which sleeps two.
Set on five acres of beautiful bushland and pristine established gardens, AquaVerde is a magical mix of nature and ocean where guests will enjoy seeing an abundance of bird life, and the occasional wallaby, while overlooking spectacular views to beautiful Terrigal beach.
Guests looking to achieve a sense of calm will know they have arrived from the moment they drive into a beautiful winding, tree-lined driveway which opens to a manicured garden entrance to the four-bedroom main residence plus media room, study, two separate studio accommodations and gym and games room.
The heart of the house is the high-ceilinged living and dining area which opens onto a covered outdoor entertaining space with fireplace and two lounge areas overlooking its lush-green grounds, a 15-metre heated (at additional cost) swimming pool and spa, and a championship size tennis court. From here you can catch sea breezes and ocean views while enjoying a sense of complete seclusion and privacy.
