Needs a deep cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed at other places within the Ledges and have always had amazing experiences. However, this rental could have been cleaner. There was food on the "clean" dishes in the cabinet. The rugs in the bathrooms looked like they hadn't been washed in some time. The fridge was dirty. There were stains on the bedding. The beds also weren't very comfortable. We weren't overly happy with this specific unit as it definitely needs some TLC. Overall, the Ledges are a great place to stay and a good location with lots of things to do within 30 minutes.

Nightmare

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In the mornings had to turn on the oven to heat the lower level. At night the upstairs heater would not shut off, so I had to flip the breaker every night. The fancy thermostats are a nightmare

A good adventure start with a good stay!

We loved the house, it was neat, clean, super quiet and the house not only look beautiful but it was clean, so do appreciate the bed sheets were clean and in overall everything was perfect.
