Hidden gem!

Comfortable pad, very convenient to private beach access. I will rate the cleanliness below a 1. If you pay for a cleaning fee you should expect to have clean bedding and towels which we had to bring to their attention but overall the location is what won us over!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Walk to beach. Close to swimming pool and 3 hot tubs. The back porch was lovely to sit out on especially in the evening. The unit could do with a bit of TLC and in the bathrooms it would be nice to have shampoo conditioner and body wash provided. Otherwise we would definitely stay there again.

The condo was nice and clean, however, we expected beach serice to be included since one of the pictures provided clearly shows sandpiper cove beach chairs as part of the condo package. It is very misleading to add that photo to the condo pictures and not provide them and not add in the description anywhere that beach service was not included. Just be mindful when booking a condo that some owners do not provide this service in Ouicostcostdollars a day. Most

40 years at Sandpiper

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been coming to Sandpiper for about 40 years. This unit was the least maintained we have ever stayed in. We requested a unit with a washer and dryer but found an ‘out of order’ sign on it when we needed it. We were traveling with two babies and other washer and dryer was much needed. Also the fence in the back was overgrown with poison ivy. Very bad situation. Overall we love Sandpiper and hope to enjoy it again.

Folks were very nice at check in And room was very clean. Kitchen was well supplied. Could have used more towels. Disappointed that there was no fitness center. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Property description was accurate. I just assumed there would be a fitness center.
