This very private residence is located on 2 acres, landscaped with blueberry bushes,
blue hydrangeas and perennial flower gardens. This single level home offers an
expansive picturesque and relaxing outdoor setting.

The property sleeps 8 and has parking for 5 vehicles. No pets allowed. No smoking
allowed.

Located near scenic Route 6A, General Store and the center of town. Brewster offers
highly recommended fine restaurants and many seafood plates & bites and casual
dining.

The comfortable living room features a flat screen Smart TV and A/C unit. The dining
room has a very large table to comfortably seat 8, and flows into a spacious living room.
The well equipped kitchen with table has dishwasher and microwave.
There is a washer/dryer laundry conveniently located off the kitchen. A half bath is
located adjacent to the laundry.

The Primary bedroom with en-suite bath has queen-sized bed, recliner, desk, TV & A/C.
The Second bedroom has 3 twin beds, TV & A/C unit.
The Third bedroom has 2 twin beds & ceiling fan.
An additional private sleeping area has 1 twin bed.
A screened-in porch with seating & table offers and additional cozy area.

Outside H/C shower, Propane BQ grill, large outdoor patio furnished with table &

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
