Beachy Keen - Navarre Beach

If you're looking for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in the Navarre Beach area, check this one out! You won't regret it! We had 3 couples so everyone had their own space. The 2nd bedroom had a view of the Sound and was a bit small, the 3rd bedroom had NO view (which wasn't great) and was small, but the master was huge with a slider leading out to the balcony overlooking the pool, the beach, and the Navarre Beach Pier. The condo was very clean! No complaints at all!Check in was a breeze. We even received a text saying the condo was available early so we were able to go directly to the condo when we arrived.As for the location, we loved it! We were within walking distance to 3 restaurants/bars. Windjammers on the Pier had a cute little bar we could walk to off the beach to indulge in some Bushwackers! We ate at Andy D's which was a fun atmosphere with live music and good food. And had an early dinner at Juana Pagoda's one night. The food was pretty good, but the service could have been better. I heard that was the best place to go for the sunset but we were too early for that. Maybe next time!There is a gift shop on the complex for buying souveniers. The condo is right next to the Navarre Beach fishing pier. We walked out onto it one day and it was fun to watch all the fisherman in action. We read they tag sharks on Tuesday and Thursday nights from the pier.The water was a beautiful, clear turquoise blue, and the sand is powdery white!Loved our stay!

Our favorite visit

Beds are SUPER COMFY! We enjoyed our stay very much. This was our second time staying at the Summerwind property and this was the best one. Clean & furniture is nice for a family meal. We sat on balcony and watched dolphins all day. Amazing stay and will be back again!

Outstanding rental

Four adults and one 18 month old. Great location right on the beach. Everything was well maintained, both the condo and the pool. The staff we encountered were very friendly. We can highly recommend this rental.

Perfect view!

This condo has the best views of the emerald coast! The rooms were larger than expected (the last few condos we had rented were narrow) and comfortable. The pool area was well kept and never crowded during our stay. Located right next to the pier where we walked to watch sea turtles, dolphins, and even a shark swimming in the beautiful gulf! My only complaint, which is why I gave 4/5 in cleanliness.. is that there was a strange odor when we arrived. It either went away or we got used to it, but then on the last day it was noticeable again. Otherwise this, everything was perfect and we'd definitely rent again!

Three Generations

This condo was the perfect size for my two daughters, two grandchildren, and myself. Loved the beach view and the family atmosphere. Several places were within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Beautiful Condo Unit and Location

This unit was wonderful with a great layout and picture perfect view from the balcony. Everything was clean and felt very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would return here to the same unit without hesitation.

Not hot, hot tub...

This was our first time to the Navarre beach area, we have been to other gulf destinations over the years like Destin and Seaside. We enjoyed the open beaches and the less developed nature of Navarre a lot. The unit was clean and furnished well, it felt new. The onsite security service was very diligent, that was appreciated. There are not a lot of dining or bar options within walking distance of the condo, so keep that in mind if you enjoy eating out or getting out to have a drink at night as it will likely require a drive. Our major complaint was regarding the pool and hot tub. For our spring break this year we chose to make the shorter drive to the gulf knowing that it might be a little chilly yet but there would be a hot tub and heated pool. Well, the heater for the pool and hot tub were not working and the water in each was ice cold. The condo community has 3 towers, each with its own pool and hot tub. Only one of the 3 were in proper working order, not surprisingly they each were very crowded. On our first morning there I inquired with the management company if they were aware of the issue and if there were any expectations for a resolution. I quickly received a response that they would look into it and let me know. I never heard anything back. I feel like we were expected to pay for what was advertised to us but the renter was not able to provide and will enquire with the office if they would be willing to offer some form of recompense. For me and a lot of renters I believe when spending this amount of money we want to send our dollars to a provider that provides a good product but also stands behind it and is responsive to customers. I will update this review accordingly, hopefully they are more responsive than with my first inquiry...

Property is lovely, views fantastic no complaints there. Huge problem with noise from unit above. Chairs scraping, items dropping, constant walking. This was mostly at night and for people like me who have trouble sleeping it was a nightmare!!
