The condo was very beautiful and nice. We had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing i would have to add is the confusion with deliverys and yourself on finding unit 1. Its the second building at the very bottom. I would also add if anyone has trouble with stairs i would pick another unit. You will be going down a few sets so have good knees and pack light. Also, in the master bedroom there is a closet behind the door and thats where you will find the extra pillows and things. I didnt see it at first bc of the other door. Other than that; i would most definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again.

Floors were dirty as indicated by our feet although they did not look like it. Great beds. Very nicely decorated. Kitchen was great as we cooked several meals. Downside for us is having to navigate the stairs which we did not realize. Hard for adults in their 60’s with arthritis and also young children.

Comfy and clean space for 4

Good experience overall. Small but Updated kitchen. Started with just my mom and I and then hubbies joined in later in the week. Plenty of room for four. Everything was nice and clean. We could not get the outlets in either bathroom to work. Had to use hair dryers, etc in outlets in bedrooms. Might also consider putting a power strip in master near bedside table. No where charge phone/watches there… had to leave plug in on the bedroom wall and leave on the floor to check time (no clocks). Overall very good experience though! Nice area to walk around! There was a poolAnd playground fairly close by. And you have to go to Billy Gail’s for breakfast!!

Nice stay

We did have a little difficulty finding the correct unit because we arrived after dark and there are several units. Condo was 3 sets of stairs down, so be prepared to haul your luggage. The condo was nice and had all essentials expected. Only drawback for us was attention to detail in the cleaning. The condo was not dirty, but for sure hadn't been thoroughly cleaned or dusted in a while. Very close to our activities while in town, We would defiantly stay again!

Beautiful property

Beautiful property and scenery. Way better than a hotel! Only downside was the faint smell of cigarette smoke on entering the condo. May have been another unit filtering in but the smell was there.

Cozy and short distance to Sliver dollar city

Very nice condo. Great distance to sliver dollar city. The only down side was the smoke smell, which I know they were aware of and tried everything to combat it. Only other thing I wish they had were better pots and pans. They only had one pan and there was no dish soap. But other than that a very cozy condo!

Terrific and very covenient property

A very nice two bedroom with updates throughout. All the conveniences you'd want including washer/dryer, wifi, and a great deck for relaxing and overlooking a beautiful nature area.  The walking trails and fishing lake are a very close walk from your front door. Just around the corner from Silver Dollar City and close to Branson West for all your grocery and other general needs during your stay.

Beautiful property, great location

So, first off, the condo is beautiful and modern. Thought definitely went into decor. Secondly, if you’re needing a place close to SDC, this is your place. Less than 5 minutes. We arrived in the dark and, after a day of walking in the sun and riding rides, I definitely felt disoriented trying to locate where the condo specifically was. There were two buildings. To save you the trouble, I’ll inform you it’s in the second building. Go down the stairway between the two buildings. Veer right. Then the door will be on your left. We had no trouble getting in and we were thrilled to be in a nice place where the 5 of us could spread out a little. (We’ve outgrown a single hotel room, for sure!!) This is a modern, beautifully designed condo. Yes, as others have commented, it did smell like cigarette smoke. We came prepared with our own wall plug-in, and none of us were overly turned off by the smell. If you run into an issue with this condo, as we eventually did, I recommend contacting both the property owner and the property management company, Evolve. I was initially in contact with just the owner—he was communicative and contacted Evolve himself to resolve the issue, but the resolution process appeared to come to a halt. So, I contacted Evolve myself. Right away, Evolve resolved the issue, but only because 1) the owner had already contacted them and 2) I followed up by contacting them myself.

The condo itself was adorable as pictured. When we walked in we were hit by the smell of cigarette smoke. It was so bad that we turned on the ac and left thinking that it would air out. When we came back it was worse. Contacted owner and he replied that he was sorry to hear that. He said that the condo itself was smoke free but the ones above and below were not. He was wanting to get the ventilation system changed at some point. The description stated that guest would be using stair, but I didn't expect three flights. The internet also quit working after the first night. All in all, loved the condo, hated the experience.

Quiet and Clean- let's relax!

I read all the reviews before I booked. For what its worth, here are my two cents. Unit was clean and well decorated. I was pleased with attention to detail- said as much when I first walked in 🤣. It is very inviting. Coffee station was stocked and thought out. We used it every day. Unit itself screamed relax- which is what we were there for. Deck had comfy seating area and eating area, perfect time of year to enjoy both! Snuggle blankets were comfy and clean, and we enjoyed using them while we drank coffee on the deck in the fall morning air. Information on stay was provided promptly and answered any questions I might have had. Seasoned traveler here, so I appreciate not having to ask any questions. I came, I stayed, I left knowing exactly what I needed to do to make it seem less. Unit did smell of smoke from basement tenates, but I expected that and the owners did do their absolute best to mitigate it- it did not detract from our stay. Air purifier in master bedroom and discreet odor absorbers throughout the unit helped the smell to be as minimal as possible. We were not bothered by it.Yes, there are stairs but they are well maintained and in this area of the country you expect stairs 🙂 Again, not a negative. It's Branson, you are in the hills, you're going to have stairs 🙂 totally worth it for the views and nature.The area was quiet, well maintained and the pool we visited was nice and clean. We didn't use the nature trails but noted they were well marked and areas around were clean and neat. Location was close enough to everything to get there in a reasonable amount of time, but out of the way enough to feel like we were not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Very happy with the stay, the unit, and the location. Looking forward to coming back.

Quick trip to Branson

Best friend from college and I planned a couple days together to relax and sit by a pool. Condo was lovely. Nice, comfortable furniture, beds, and bathrooms. The condo also had a washer/dryer so we could clean towels and swimsuits each day. There were just a couple of minor things that could be improved: The area underneath the two beds was pretty dirty. I could see under the floor under the bed from the master bath and we could see a small area under the second bedroom bed from the hallway. It wasn’t a huge deal.The condo lacked many of the kitchen stuff usually found in most rental units. It would have been helpful to have a frying pan, a baking sheet, a colander/strainer, and tongs. The 3 sets of stairs to get up to the parking lot were quite tough for two 60 year old woman in fairly good shape. We dreaded them and will filter for that next summer.

Nice, quiet little place to stay near Silver Dollar City

We stayed 5 nights here. Condo is very clean, but there is a smell of cigarette smoke as is mentioned in some other reviews. That was not a deal-breaker for us - I brought along an essential oil diffuser to help with that issue. Apparently this is a ventilation problem with an adjacent unit, which is unfortunate because it’s obvious that this particular condo is a well-kept non-smoking unit. Plenty of kitchen items available for use, nice balcony overlooking a wooded area, very quiet neighborhood. This unit is maybe 2 miles from SDC, so it’s a great spot if that’s on your itinerary. Owner is very friendly, responsive and obviously aiming to make each guest’s stay as nice as possible. There are 2-3 flights of steps to get to this lower unit, which might be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Wish it hadn’t been so unexpectedly cold that week because we had limited opportunity to use that nice balcony furniture!

Stairs, stairs, stairs

We (and others) booked this property due to "no stairs" being advertised on 4 travel websites. Three treacherous flights of stairs (2 of which do not have handrails on each side) are required to enter this property. Not acceptable! We were livid upon arrival and the host sent us a screenshot of Evolve property information saying stairs were required for entry. We had never received this information with our booking! By 6 pm that evening, the "no stairs" had been removed from all 4 of those travel websites. It was 30 degrees when we arrived and no blankets were on the beds. All of the towels were hung soaking wet on the hooks. There were no wash cloths or hand towels. The kitchen had no dish cloths, scrubbers, skillets, or spatulas. The walk-in shower had no water pressure and was constantly dripping...so much so that the floor was soaking wet the next morning. The host said he would send maintenance but that never happened. The shower door would not close because the shower door was off the track. I noticed this was a problem in September 2023 reviews. This host does not care and seems to believe more in decoration than accommodation! There were also blood stains on the towels and pubic hairs in the shower when we arrived. Disgusting!

PRACTICAL STAY

The unit was clean but smelled of smoke. The washer held water and we were unable to wash our clothing. The owner answered my call right away but was unable to remedy the problems while were in the unit. He assured us that he has a ventilation service in place to evaluate the circulation as apparently the smoke travels through the ducts from the neighbors units. Given the holiday's it was understandable that the washer repairman was unable to come right away. Regardless, this was a very nice unit and we would stay here again, if necessary repairs and changes occur.
