With 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, the open concept floor plan easily accommodates multi-family groups. Enjoy grilling on the 16 x 28 deck - an incredible entertaining space to spend time with family and friends. Backing up to the Destiny West Lakes, you will enjoy lake views and amazing sunrises from the living room as well as two of the bedrooms with balconies upstairs. The home was recently renovated.  Your home by the sea features a calming interior with worry-free tile floors, a beautifully updated gourmet kitchen and new HD TV's. Tastefully decorated throughout with a coastal theme makes this a true vacation getaway.
The large master ensuite is always a favorite and features a King bed and private bathroom.  Additional bedrooms include two guest suites one with king bedding and the other with queen bedding. The fourth bedroom has 2 bunkbeds for all the kids to pile into and make vacation memories. This lovely home has ample space to spread out and enjoy with your loved ones.
The Private Pool is completely fenced so the children can play safe or the adults can enjoy the sun in privacy. For an additional nightly fee, pool heat can be arranged from September - May (please inquire with our reservations agents). The driveway parks up to three vehicles. Enjoy your stay with a 6 person  golf cart each day of your stay.

This established vacation home sits just far enough off the beaten path to offer real peace and tranquility with the benefit of no nearby parking lots, cement jungles or noisy neighbors here!   The house is located near the end of the dead end street which adds to the out of the way serenity. The short walk down this quaint street lined with white picket fences and Twisted Live Oaks and Palms is only about 5 minutes to the beach, and sure to be something you look forward to. Head two blocks from your front porch and see the sun sparkling on the Emerald water like diamonds, feel the powder-soft sand between your toes and listen to the rustle of sea oats in the Gulf breeze. Kokomo Cove's entry crosses a newly paved walking path that stretches the length of the beach road. Restaurants, shops and even golf courses dot this scenic route and provide entertaining waypoints for a sunny bike ride. 
This unit comes with 1 beach service set up, which includes 1 umbrella and 2 chairs nearby at the Crab Trap. 
A $300 non-refundable pet deposit is required. One dog maximum allowed.
