New to Sugar Mtn Lodging rental program 4th floor SLOPE views! SML site

2/2 condo in Sugar Top resort! 4th floor overlooking the slopes! Master has a king sized bed, second has a queen, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. This one has a washer and dryer. Fireplace has been capped and cannot be used. Living room and master bedroom tvs have cable and the second bedroom has a tv with dvd-only capability.
The condo has a living room and a full kitchen, and Sugar Top boasts incredible long range views. Kitchen has pots and pans, dishes and silverware, small appliances. NO coffee is provided, but we are now stocking units with salt and pepper, and cooking oil. The ground floor of condo building features an indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and fitness room.
Sugar Top condos do not have air conditioning.
The units only have a 38 gallon water heater , due to space limitations.
This only permits a 3-5 minute shower before the heater needs to recycle and reheat. .

We enjoyed the property ir was really cozy and nice views. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and they had even some spices and coffee. Thank you very much

Great place to cook with all amenities that we needed! Even movies that we had not seen and enjoyed!! The only negative that I found was the aggravation of not having your car accessible outside the building. We had to take a van to the car that we had to park down the hill.

Horrible check-in experience

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check-in and check-out process was painful. There is no long term parking at the building for guests. Everyone that is checking in has to wait at the gate for one of a few parking spots to open to drive up to the building and checkin and unload. I checked in on a Tuesday and I had to WAIT OVER AN HOUR for a parking spot. We then had to park in a lot down past the gate and take a shuttle back and forth each time we left the building. The wait for a parking spot to checkout was also a long wait.The room was nice as were the pool and hot tubs. But I will not stay here again. The lesson I learned here is to verify onsite parking the next time I consider a vacation rental.

Perfect ski condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo fit our family of 4 perfectly. There’s even a pull out sofa for one or two more people. Showers were hot. Keurig coffee maker available. Parking at the bottom of the hill was inconvenient but the shuttle drivers were great.
