Beach House Younes Luxury villa

The Beach House Younes is truly one of a kind. A very special place. Its location is perfect being directly on the ocean and Dawn Beach, one of the island's finest beaches. The home offers exceptional views of the sea and Dawn Beach and direct access to both. Completely renovated, including but not limited to, all new Tekalu windows and doors, rolling systems on all windows and doors, sophisticated alarm system, fully automatic generator, newly painted in and out, fully air-conditioned with new fans, and modern lighting in and out.

The villa is split into two levels and the interiors offer tiled floors and are furnished with a combination of rattan and handmade pieces imported from Indonesia.

The upper level offers stunning views from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The villa boasts a custom kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances and brightly colored blue tile which nicely compliments the white shutter cabinet door. The living and dining areas are truly indoor/outdoor. The entire wall of the villa facing the pool and sea is made of sliding doors that open almost the entire wall of the villa facing the pool and sea is made of sliding doors that open almost the entire length of the wall creating spectacular views from everywhere on the upper level of the villa.

A separate sitting area for enjoying TV is tucked behind the main living area. Outside, the infinity-style pool is set on a tiled deck which offers seating for four guests on comfortable teak lounge chairs.

This unit offers two bedrooms and two and a half baths. Each bedroom offers a king mahogany bed and an en suite custom bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom has French doors that open onto a private deck overlooking the beach and sea. Stairs lead from the private decks of each bedroom down to the larger sundeck located just above the water. There is also one on the lower deck that is directly on the sea and our own coral beach located in front of the Villa. This also gives you direct access to the sea and Dawn Beach along with the Westin Dawn Beach Resort Casino and Spa.
