What an amazing property! We loved our short stay and wished we had more time there. The cottage is gorgeous - and comfortable and beautifully fitted out. Inside and outside are so well presented and maintained. The alfresco area and garden are private and really lovely - the perfect spot for soaking up the ambience. All we heard was the birdsong. The location is also excellent. So close to the path, an easy walk to the boardwalk and lido, and to the shops, cafes and restaurants. My partner and pooch absolutely loved our stay.We will be back for sure!

We loved The Haven, it was bigger than I expected and so beautifully designed. Very peaceful and a great location - could walk in swimmers to the lido. Just loved! Thank you!

Gorgeous cottage and so comfortable. Bed was wonderful, great shower and great location to go for a walk.Beautifully decorated felt a bit like a second honeymoon after 50 years of marriage

Fabulous, cute and cosy.

What a gorgeous cottage. Immaculate, spacious and well equipped. Great location in Urunga. Walk to everything. Urunga is a lovely town with scenic views and walks. Everything needed for a relaxing break. Owner easy to deal with. Garden lovely. Pet friendly. Very highly recommend.

One of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in. A perfectly renovated well equipped cottage with lots of extras. Fully fenced yard for the dog, great walks out the front door, heavenly bed and most accommodating host. Brilliant kitchen with dreamy coffee machine! Five stars all the way from us.

Beautiful little cottage with everything we needed.

The cottage was cozy, the bed was extremely comfortable and the overall aesthetic has made me re-think my own home, someone has very nice taste!! I did rain a lot but we managed a walk into town for pizza and the boardwalk was a real treat only a few minutes away. The garden is lovely and full fenced. The kitchen fully equipped and we just had a really nice time away.

Beautiful little getaway

We stayed at the Haven for a week with our pooch. It was the perfect location and the perfect accommodation. Right near the boardwalk and close to everything we needed. There is no laundry on the property but there is a laundromat in town if you're staying for a little longer than a few nights. Overall a lovely stay with a comfy bed and cute décor.

Lovely cottage for two

Perfect cottage stay well set up for two people for two nights. The hosts were extremely easy to contact and very helpful. The house is in a great location with the footpath at the front that takes you to town and the boardwalk. We had a very peaceful two night stay. As mentioned in another post just be aware there is no washing machine so for longer stays this could be an issue.

Comfortable, beautiful decor and perfect location. Kitchen had all the basic plus more. Best choice for a short stay as tbere is no washing machine to deal with your clothes and towels from the days adventures that you do in this amazing .place.

Top Spot

Very comfortable pet friendly little house to explore the area. We had a fantastic 5 night stay. Just a walk around corner to board walk and town. Our dogs loved the off leash beach and swimming in the lagoon. Very well presented clean house great for couples

Beautiful property at Urunga

"The Haven" at Urunga is without a doubt the best presented property we have had the privilege to stay at. The little house is perfect for a couple, is very neat, clean and well equipped. Though the coffee maker took a little to work out. Only 30metres to the river walk and then an easy 6 to 7minute walk to the cafes, shops and the Oceanview Hotel. "The Haven" made an excellent base to travel to Bellingen area and the beaches of the Northern NSW coast. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog to explore and enjoy. I can recommend "the Haven" to anyone.

We loved our stay. The house is beautiful and has the best of everything. The garden was so beautiful. I had a look around everyday and saw something different. Our dog loved it as well. Would come back again for sure. Deb

Absolutely Stunning!!!

The Haven is everything the photo's show and more. I think I fell in love the moment we pulled up outside the cottage. The owner has put a lot of thought and love into making this a beautiful place to stay. Everything has been thought of, and the quality of the finishes is a really nice touch. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud and the outdoor area is so peaceful to sit and enjoy the sunshine. It is a very quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance from the town and the beautiful boardwalk to the beach. Only a short trip into Bellingen, and Dorrigo is not too far to explore the forest walks. I cannot find enough words to describe how much we loved our stay here. I can't wait to stay again.

The Haven was spelt wrong - it should say Heaven ! Very clean, lots of added extras , very quiet . Lovely kitchen with all you need , a comfortable bed and a dreamy bathroom. Just perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple.
