Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, 525 Plantation Club Villas is an absolutely gorgeous, single-level retreat perfectly situated within the prestigious Sea Pines community. Overlooking the lush fairways of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course, this villa offers a serene setting where sweeping golf views create a relaxing Lowcountry backdrop from the moment you arrive.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are spacious and beautifully designed, making the villa ideal for both entertaining and unwinding after a day on the island. The kitchen features granite countertops and flows seamlessly into the living room and dining area. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy stunning, unobstructed views of the golf course—perfect for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or peaceful evenings surrounded by nature.

This villa features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and access to the balcony with tranquil golf course views. The guest bedroom includes two full beds and is conveniently located near the hallway bathroom. Linens and towels are provided for guest comfort, and additional amenities include a washer and dryer, complimentary WiFi, four beach chairs, and four free adult bicycles for exploring Sea Pines’ extensive bike path system.

Guests enjoy access to two on-site pools, open seasonally from April 1 through September 30, and are just a short walk or bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club. A Sea Pines Resort car pass is included with your stay, with the option to purchase one additional pass (maximum of two vehicles). Whether you’re visiting for golf, beach days, or Heritage Week, this villa provides the perfect home base for a memorable Hilton Head getaway.

Spacious, clean & quiet

Excellent accommodations. Exactly how it was advertised. By far the nicest that weve seen on the Island. Large uncluttered space. Unit was clean. Nice view. Cozy & quiet.

The villa was equipped with the necessary items. The master bedroom bed needs looked at. If you sleepOn the side near the window it is tilted and pushes you toward the middle. My husband looked at and said the legs in the center of the bed did not look right. Also headboards in both rooms are loose. When you turn over it bangs against the wall. The villa was clean and the furniture a bit dated. Just need a little tweaking to the beds.

Thanks for the review. Glad the villa had the necessary items and was clean. Sorry about the master bed and loose headboards — that’s not the experience we want. We’ll have maintenance inspect the center support and level the mattress, and secure the headboards so they don’t bang. I’ll also share your notes about the dated furniture with the owner for consideration. We appreciate the feedback and hope to welcome you back to Hilton Head.

Very disappointed

Decor was stark. Master BR looked like a bunker. All walls were bare throughout the villa. Comforter had a big red stain on it.

Good- but...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nice, clean, and in a good location- but there were literally four bowls and literally four mugs in the kitchen! There were no extra blankets and no extra pillowcases for the two other pillows they provided. There were no dressers/drawers for clothing in either bedroom! Our clothes ended up in messy piles all over the floor and on the chairs! Just a heads up...

Thanks for your review, Scott! After reading, we did an inventory of the unit and did find quite a few bowls and mugs. As far as the bedding, because there is not a pull out couch, we do not generally provide extra linens or pillows. We have reached out to the owner about providing space for clothes (I don't enjoy living out of a suitcase either) to see if this is something they would like to add. We do hope you'll come back and rent with us again.

Fantastic view

My husband and I spent the month of March here and had a great time. The condo itself has some real pluses but also a few drawbacks…. The location in Sea Pines and the view of the golf course were fabulous—couldn’t be better. The kitchen was updated and extremely well stocked. Having four bikes was great (we had a problem with one bike, and the management company responded quickly and easily to rectify it—excellent service). However, there were no dressers in either bedroom (might not be a problem for a short stay, but to be there for a month with no place to store clothes was awkward). Also the washing machine was rusted which in turn left rust spots on some of our clothing. The decor could also use some updating (including cleaning a stain on the comforter in the main bedroom). None of these were “deal breakers,” but they also wouldn’t be difficult fixes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 3 adults and 3 children stay for 1 week. Villa is located on the 3rd floor but stairs and elevator in convenient location. Room was very clean, great water pressure, kitchen stocked with dishes. All appliances worked great. Beds were comfortable however sheets were rough/loud, almost like exam table paper. Villa location in Sea Pines was wonderful. Many bike trails, 0.8mi to sea pines beach club where we’d park for a beach day. Easy drive to Coligny (also easy bike ride but longer). Blue Trolly picks up next door so the trip to Harbortown was easy. Would stay again but would bring our own sheets. 🙂

I couldn't find the level anywhere but it is located on the third floor so you get magnificant views and an elevator! Quick bike to the beach club or the trolly is right by the unit. Fantastic area close to all Sea Pines has to offer. Updated and very clean.
