Awesome location!

It is a great house, and very short walk to the beach….and good location on the beach! The house is very well stocked with all the pots and pans, and cooking utensils you could need. The house is decorated very beachie …so perfect for the area. We will definitely stay there again!!

Perfect location

We come to Surfside at least once a year. I’ve stayed in several houses as well as the hotel. The closeness to the beach for the price was perfect.

Great little set-up by the beach

Perfect house

This house is small but very spacious and set up perfectly. It feels so much bigger. Great upper deck that has an amazing view of the ocean! The beach is only a street or two away! Stocked extremely better than most houses. Will stay again!

The house was great. Short walking distance to the beach. Didn’t like there is no good grocery stores close or eating places for kids. Also, we didn’t realize we needed to bring an umbrella or chairs so couldn’t stay at the beach as long as we wanted.

Yes it’s close to the beach, no it’s not as nice as the photos. I have no clue how these people have managed to continue renting this place with all of the damages done to the house.

Guest contact was so helpful in accommodating our early arrival this time (not always possible) and the property was clean and as shown (mostly). The location is terrific with a sightline to the beach without being too close to the beach activity and close enough to walk back to grab more snacks and use the restroom as needed. Outdoor shower has door and latch without dealing with blowing shower curtains which is nice. Tvs are newer with the ability to cast from your own device if needed.Just an FYI to the pics - the Keurig pictured in the photos is not there with only a classic drip brewer available. We use a Keurig at home and brought some pods (but no loose grounds) so there was no coffee available :(. Fortunately, we were only there a couple of days and the close by Circle K had decent enough coffee. We will def use this property again in the future!

We Loved the Beach House.It was very clean and we felt welcome right away.We found everything we needed for our stay.The outside shower was wonderful with lots of hot water.I didn't see the notice about the water so I was surprised to find no ice on arriving,but right around the block is a little store.There are many places to eat but the best place for Burgers is the Jetty Shack.It was close and the food was great.We will be back to stay at this Beach house,a block from the beach so grand daughter could walk to swim,was GREAT!!The bed was the best and I slept better then I have in a long time..Loved It so much ,didn't want to leave.The hostess was very friendly and was just a phone call away.

Well thought out beach house

This is a perfect vacation house for a small family. Everything is well thought out, there’s plenty of places to hang wet towels and suits, plenty of seating in every family space (deck, living room, downstairs eating area) lots of coffee cups and kitchen ware. It’s a block from the beach but it doesn’t feel like it at all. You can see the water from inside the house and the porch. There are food trucks & golf cart rentals & well stocked small grocery stores two blocks away. Excellent value and a fair price.

Nice Getaway

My husband and I came to Surfside with our 6 year old grandson for a quick summer getaway. The home is perfectly suited for that; it was clean and close to the beach. We enjoyed having fans in all the rooms to cool down after being outside. I cooked for us while there and the kitchen had all that was needed to prepare our meals. My only suggestion would be to ensure there are enough paper products available (or let guest know they should bring their own). We had only a half roll of toilet paper for our stay (we bought some more at the nearby store), and would have also run out of paper towels in the kitchen had I not brought a roll with us. That said, we had a great time and would visit again. p.s. Our grandson enjoyed all the beach toys, especially the boogie boards!

Beach View Much Better than in the Pictures!

My wife and I stayed here for our 25th Wedding Anniversary (Monday-Friday) in mid-May. The property was clean, well-maintained, and was overall very nice as the photos indicate. The view of the beach from the deck was awesome! The sights and sound of the Gulf were incredible - the pictures in the ad do not do it justice! We hope to return to this beach house again someday. It was a blessing to find such a gem on the first try!

Everything about this house is absolutely amazing from the fully stocked kitchen to the amazing views from the deck!! We slept a family of five including two toddlers plenty of room. Walking distance to the beach and local stores around it! The daiquiri express around the corner also sell snowcones! We will definitely be staying here again!

What a view!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house is decorated so cute and has everything you could possibly need! We enjoyed making burgers on the grill and even made cookies in the brand new oven! Our entire family had a blast and we can’t wait to come back this summer!!!

Awesome views from deck

We stayed the weekend of the St. Patrick's Day parade. Surfside went all out! House is on a corner lot with plenty of parking, covered outdoor shower, grill & firepit. Beautiful deck views & plenty of outdoor seating. The kitchen is open & well stocked. The inside had a peaceful beach feel inside. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed at the house during spring break. It had a great deck with awesome views of the ocean, just a couple minute walk to the beach and a well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again.
