This beautifully renovated and spacious Howland Village townhouse offers comfort, style, and modern upgrades throughout—including a brand-new 4-zone split A/C system installed in 2025.
The primary bedroom is located upstairs and features a queen bed, walk-in closet, TV, private bath, and new A/C. Adjacent to the bedroom is an open loft with a trundle bed (two twins), ceiling fan, and its own new A/C. The second bedroom is on the main level and includes two twin beds, a TV, new A/C, and a full bathroom just steps away.
The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with refinished cabinets, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a dishwasher. The inviting living room features a flat-screen smart TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, and new A/C. Sliding doors lead to a private patio with outdoor dining furniture and a charcoal grill—perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco.
Additional amenities include a new washer and dryer, coffee maker and Keurig, Wi-Fi internet, and cable TV.
