In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 1, the maximum allowed occupancy is 2, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental is ideal for a romantic getaway. The villa features stunning lagoon views and is just a 5-minute walk to the beach.

Conveniently situated in Kiawah's East Beach area, this second-floor Turtle Cove villa offers a central location in a serene setting. The main living area welcomes you with sweeping lagoon views and offers comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, and access to the screened porch. Continue to the fully-equipped kitchen, where you will find white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space for meal preparation. The adjacent dining area has a wonderful view of the water and is the perfect place to eat, snack, or play a game of cards.

Relax after a day of golf, tennis, or beachcombing in the villa's bedroom. Here, you will find a king-sized bed, a mounted TV, a writing desk, and ample natural light. The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Soak in the peaceful lagoon views from the villa's wonderful screened porch. With a ceiling fan to keep cool, plenty of seating, and abundant wildlife to watch, you may never want to leave this outdoor haven.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Pets are not permitted.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kid's camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Relaxing Stay

This is the perfect place to getaway and enjoy the beach and everything Kiawah has to offer. The views of the lagoon are spectacular and the screen porch was the perfect place to start the day and watch the sun go down. The credit for beach gear was a real plus. Everything was just as pictured and we definitely plan to stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

This condo really fit all our needs for just 2. Bed was very comfortable, as was the couch. Loved the view of the pond where we could see some wildlife. And just a short walk to the beach. Kitchen was stocked with everything we could need, check in was easy and seemless as was checkout. Loved the beach gear credit as it was delivered right to our property. My only critique which is so minor is it could ise a fresh coat of paint. Cabinets and walls were dinged up from regular use. But obviously didn't affect our stay at all. We would absolutely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely condo tastefully decorated and well stocked. Could use a dustpan and brush though. Unit itself was clean but screened-in porch very dirty. Called Akers Ellis on 2nd day who said they'd send a cleaner but never did. Other than that very satisfied.

Unit was mostly good

The unit was advertised. We had some problems accessing the cable tv, but the managers were extremely responsive and took care of the problem quickly. Minor issues include very uncomfortable pillows, and a heavy bed cover with no underlying blanket. Also, two tiny wrapped soap bars were supplied, and were so old and dry that when dropped on the shower floor they cracked into multiple pieces.

Bugs, bugs, and more bugs

This property was really clean, but the current residents (bugs: cockroaches) were everywhere. I called the rental office, they had someone come and spray. I still ran into 3-5 of them every day of my 7 night stay; these encounters were in the bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom. I did nothing to attract the pests. I ate all, but two meals outside with friends staying at another property. The water also tasted really musty and the shower smelled the same. I wouldn't stay at this place again.

Disappointing-Look elsewhere

I would avoid this property. We have stayed at Kiawah for many times over the years, but this was the most disappointing property we have ever encountered. When we arrived (i) there was a sign of an electrical fire in outlet in bathroom (blackened outlet), (ii) there was a leak in bathroom and floor was wet, (iii) carpets had many black stains, (iv) wasps on porch and screens hadn't been cleared in some time, and (v) paint was chipped in kitchen. The rental agency was able to check the outlet and fix the leak but it was clear that although the place was clean, no one had really inspected the place for some time. We would have given one star, but rental agency was fairly responsive to at least fix the outlet and leak, although carpet stains and other issues made the property second rate, especially for Kiawah.

Great Location

Clean and comfortable unit in a great location close to tennis and pickleball courts, the Sanctuary and beach access. On the second floor, it has a great view of the pond and it's wildlife. Very peaceful and quiet.

Wonderful location!

This was our first visit to Kiawah Island. We loved it! We had a lovely place to stay. I would definitely stay here again. It was a very peaceful, fun vacation full of biking around the island each day.

Wonderful Property

Relaxing Vacation

This rental was perfect for my wife and I. We went to the beach, road bikes, and had fantastic meals at the surrounding restaurants. The rental was very clean and had everything we neeeded for cooking breakfast/lunch. While it is close to the beach, it is not ideal for walking if you have a lot to carry, so we drove our beach chairs and umbrellas out first, then came back and walked to the beach. The lagoon view was really peaceful. I would recommend just having a little more bath products. We had to run out for some shampoo. The bed was very comfortable. Overall we feel like this is a fantastic place to stay for a couple, and would highly recommend.

Clean & Spacious with Terrific Deck Overlooking Lagoon

Within moments of arriving, we were saying "this property is the best ever." Condo was scrupulously clean, well stocked with basic necessities, and furnishings all seemed new. A short walk or bike ride to the beach. The deck facing the lagoon in the back was great. In the evening we played games on the deck and watched quite a lot of wildlife, including jumping fish, alligators and deer.

It was clean and had everything we could possibly need. The best part is the view of the lagoon... You can sit on the beautiful sectional couch in the living room or you can sit on the screened in porch and listen to the birds and watch for alligators and deer. It’s also a very convenient and easy walk to the beach, Turtle Pointe golf club, Tommaso’s restaurant and The Sanctuary Hotel!

Quiet and pleasant getaway

The property was super-nice and we enjoyed our weekend away. We enjoyed watching the alligators in the pond.

Nice unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean, nicely decorated, short walk to the beach. Bike Rental credit was a big plus but we had 1 bike with low air and it took more than 24 hrs to resolve. Since we were on a short stay the loss of a day was unfortunate. Kitchen has the basics but don't plan on any gourmet cooking (i.e. No cookie sheet or measuring cup and the pots and pans were in rough shape). I would stay here again.
