Fenelon Falls cozy 3bedroom & 1.5 bathroom house (with WIFI), steps to the lake

Your family will be close to everything in Fenelon Falls when you stay at this centrally located new renovated house which is only a few steps from Cameron lake:

3-minute walk from public lake access (West st North) which is good for fishing, canoes, kayaks & boards with crystal clean water
6-minute walk from a public sandy beach with a big private green space (Oriole st) -free parking
5-minute drive to the Garnet Graham Beach Park with plenty of free parking

The cottage size is about 960 square feet. The house is on Municipal water and Sewers. There are central heating and air-conditioning.

3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed each, the third bedroom have a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the first level and there is an additional slide-in single bed under the banky bed (4 kids may sleep in this bedroom). This bedroom has 2 desks.

Deck with Weber barbecue grill and table for 6.

Backyard with a fire pit and 6 outdoor chairs and another table.

Living area with huge TV and sofa bed.

Dining area with dining table for 10 people.

Full-size kitchen with all things that bring comfort to your own home.

Laundry: dryer and washer plus cleaning tools

Amazing and cozy place to stay

Lovely house, fully equipped and modern, comfy and cozy place to stay with your family. Conveniently located and walking distance from supermarkets and fenelon falls downtown. Super recommended

Fenelon Falls

Luba was fantastic to communicate with, cottage was nice and clean. There was construction 2 doors down that made sitting out for a nice quiet morning coffee a challange. There is a house in the backyard that does not allow for a private feeling while sitting out due to a tenant being in the home. If you are looking for a place to make home base for travel from and aren't concerned with neighbors, the price is right.

Great location

A beautiful cottage stocked with all your kitchen needs. Lots of activities for the family, a great play area at the beach for children as well as a water park nearby and within walking distance to the main downtown area. Nice and relaxing place to enjoy the evening by the fire pit and roast marshmallows. The Property Host was very helpful with providing the location of activities within the area and was prompt when questions were asked. An overall great experience! We want to thank Luba for her thoughtfulness and that we enjoyed staying here. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Fantastic stay

We really enjoyed the place. Great location! Fenelon Falls is worth the visit! Place was just as we expected. The place was beautifully renovated. Loved the layout. The space was perfect. This place is worth it!

Great renovated cottage at a family-friendly location

This was such a great experience overall. Fully renovated cottage just a short walk to a few beaches and amenities in Fenelon Falls. Luba was an amazing host - very communicative and even gave us some great recommendations.

We loved Fenelon Falls from first sight and decided that our dream of having a cottage in the countryside by the lake will be even more perfect when it is close to the all amenities of such a beautiful tourist place with everything for any kind of holiday: be it just a beach, fishing, and watersports; or restaurants/ bakeries, shops, and the theatre under the open sky. We are very excited about the potential to travel from lake to lake using a Trent-Severn Waterway too.
The rent of the house helps us to pay the mortgage but it is not a business and we try to make it home for our family and our guest.

Fenelon Falls Cameron Lake recreation includes:
§ Watersports – Cameron Lake is an ideal size for watersports, with plenty of space for boats but not so large that waves become a major issue on windier days.
§ Fishing – Cameron Lake is home to a range of game fish species, including small and large-mouth bass, walleye, northern pike and muskie.
§ Swimming – Cameron Lake has a higher proportion of prime, sand-bottomed waterfront than any other lake in the western Kawarthas, which makes for ideal child-friendly swimming.
§ Hiking – The 75 km long Victoria Rail Trail passes through Fenelon Falls and up the eastern shore of Cameron Lake. It is perfect for hiking and cycling.
§ Winter activities – Snowmobilers can also use the Victoria Rail Trail in winter to access the large network of trails further north near the village of Burnt River.
