Weekend Getaway

The house was about 10 minutes from St. George. It was a nice spot to be able to enjoy the beach. The view of the bay is nice. Plenty of space.

Quiet Coastal Retreat

The house was clean and comfortable. The view is perfect! Great location- down the street from Lynn’s and 10 minutes to Apalachicola and St. George Island. We’ll be back!

Fishing Trip

Perfect location for watching the gorgeous sunrises before hitting the waters for fishing or boating in the Apalachicola area. House is roomy. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils etc for easy of staying in and relaxing after a hard day of play. Ms. Rita was very responsive and helpful when needed. Definitely would stay again for a return visit.

This was our first time getting a beach house for our annual beach trip with our grandkids (we normally stay at a hotel) we loved it it was very relaxing and this was the cutest house and great location. House was well stocked and beautiful!! Host was very polite and a joy to do business with. Will do again!!

Family Fishing trip

Our family came down for an offshore fishing trip out of Apalachicola. The location was perfect for the guys in the group to go fishing and the ladies go to the state park beach in St. George island. Easy to find, great to be just on the outskirts of the island and apalachicola and enjoy the bay.

Great Family Get Away

Our family enjoyed out time at this property. The view from the house of the bay was wonderful. We were able to cook breakfast as a family, and there was plenty of room to enjoy eating it. This little piece of heaven was a perfect location for our family to enjoy St, George, Island, the state park, wonderful food, and of course Apalachicola! We can’t wait until we return in November!!! The hosts were amazing. They made sure that everything was great and extremely responsive and friendly.

Perfect place to stay!

We are a family of 9 and we were all comfortable in this house. We truly loved staying here and will be back to stay again. The hosts were very responsive with any question or concern we had. The house is roomy and such an amazing view! Nice quiet neighborhood and we loved the rooftop deck. We actually saw 2 dolphins swim by in the front windows one day. It was perfect. Highly recommend this home and these hosts!

Unbeatable view!

Location is close to everything. Rooftop deck was our favorite hang out spot. Plenty of room & privacy for the 7 family members in our group. INCREDIBLE mattresses & large showers. Very responsive host. Everything you need & nothing you don’t. Highly recommend!

Lovely Home !

Home was perfect size for us and our Pickup Truck, trailer and motorcycles so that we could escape our OH winter and be Riding the beautiful area of Appalachicola and St George Island. We witnessed the most incredible sunrises day after day as it came up over the bay right at the end of the driveway !! We will be looking forward to spending more time in the area again in the future !!

Great Stay/ Location/ Property

Very happy about the experience and how accommodating the owners were. I would highly recommend the property for close proximity to SGI. It's literally right outside of the bridge.

Beautiful Bayside Bungalow

The property is spacious and comfortable. The beds were nice and the seating was ample for our large family (10). The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and high quality cookware and appliances. We had to call the owner to repair some damage we caused to a screen door and they were lovely to deal with and very understanding. They had someone out to fix the door very quickly. There are a few issues related to the ongoing work they are doing to improve the property. For example, they are looking to relocate the laundry from next to the kitchen to a new addition off of the bedroom. The work is sealed off from the house, but there is an open access panel in the wall of that bedroom over the ceiling of the new room. We loved our stay and would definitely like to return the next time we would be in the area. Thanks for a lovely time!

Great area

This house is awesome. I gave 4 stars on cleanliness only because the front door inside rug was full of sand but this is to be expected due to location. It is a beautiful home in a central location to do all kinds of fun stuff in the area. The homeowner is helpful, pleasant, and communicates well. They are doing an excellent job remodeling this place. Has everything you’ll need! I would stay again.
