My two girlfriends and I had a short girls trip to the St George Island area, and this house was perfect! Price, location, comfort, safety and so much more! The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay!!!

Great Vacation Stay

Awesome house in a great location. Wish I could rate cleanliness higher than 5 stars. Host communication was excellent. Easily accommodated all our requested changes to include a last minute date change due to westher. Eill definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

We had a great little 3 night getaway! Home was very clean and owner extremely accommodating and responsive. Enjoyed the area. We limited out on redfish each day just from fishing on the shore bayside! Also caught a few trout and flounder! We will definitely be back and hope the home is available for our next stay!

Relaxing visit to the Forgotten Coast

Our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents enjoyed our stay at the house. The communication with the host prior to booking, before our stay, and during our stay was excellent. The house was well maintained and comfortably fit all 6 of us. It’s a great location for exploring Franklin county. We loved the area and enjoyed the Florida coast without the crowds.

Amazing home and Great location

We had an absolute amazing stay at this beautiful home. Close to everything, and at a very reasonable price. The owners were very responsive, and really cool people. We definitely will stay at this house again not only because of how clean and stocked the house was but because they also allowed our fur baby. It's also in a great neighborhood as well. I really can't say enough great things about this property. Thank you for such a memorable and fun stay! You guys really went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic 😊

Quiet Getaway

This adorable house was perfect for us. Very comfortable and clean. We came up for work and were only a minute away from our jobsites. Our host, Randi was awesome! Communication was great and he responds right away no matter what time it was. Thank you for all your help! I would definitely recommend this house :)

Coastal Simplicity

VRBO—August 19-23, 2023,—Coastal Simplicity Four of us rented the Coastal Simplicity 3/2 home in Eastpoint, FL. The occasion was to celebrate birthdays. This was a 3/2 home just two houses away from coastal Hwy 98. The house was impeccably clean and very nicely decorated in a beach theme. There was a master suite with bath, and two additional bedrooms—one bedroom had another king bed and the third was furnished with a double bed. The two bedrooms shared a hall bath. The house was completely furnished—with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom linens, toiletries, and much more. The furniture was nice and comfortable. My dog was even welcomed into the house—we did crate him when we left the house, and we did not allow him on the furniture, but those were not house rules. And we brought ample poop bags that we used. The only things we needed were personal and our food for the duration of our visit. Communication with the host was easy and the responses were very fast. As the occasion for our visit was to celebrate birthdays of 3 long-time friends, we took a guided boat tour one afternoon with Capt. Ryan, our Host’s spouse. He is an area native and entertained us with his vast array of local knowledge. A splendid afternoon cruise on the nearby Apalachicola and St. Marks rivers. The boat was a 24 ft Skeeter so we got to be up close and personal with nature. Capt. Ryan also offers other cruises—fishing, dolphin watching, shelling.

Coastal Simplicity was the perfect spot for our stay in Eastpoint. Close to the island for beach fun, but quiet and laid back in a nice community. The home is beautiful and set up with everything we didn't think to pack. We enjoyed a fire on the deck and coffee on the porch with the water view. Definitely recommend!
