Bay front, water views, pet friendly, 3bed/2bath Bayfront (4 beds), Cozy Home with secure boat, RV, car / truck parking in convenient location close to SGI, Apalachicola, restaurants, shops, new marina, and more! Sleeps 8.

Baywatch is designed as a cozy vacation spot for families or groups of families/friends. We cannot provide accommodations for hunting groups.

Baywatch has a wide open view of the Apalachicola Bay. Beautiful, serene views like no other. This home has just been mostly renovated to make your experience here more comfy and cozy.

Baywatch offers a wonderful screened in porch with a spacious table & chairs. We love that you can access the porch from two of the bedrooms and the front deck providing plenty of outdoor seating.

This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. 4 beds.

Baywatch is NOT a Hunting Camp. Hunters should book at a lodge like "Sportsmans Lodge" by calling (850) 670-8423; emailing: SportsmansLodgeEastpoint@gmail.com or visiting their website at: https://sportsmanslodgeonthebay.blogspot.com/. Please do NOT book Baywatch if you are a hunting group. We cannot accommodate hunters.

Bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a full/double bed and bedroom 3 has double/full-sized bunks. 4 beds + a single couch sleeper. The home sleeps up to 8 people (9 if you use sleeper).

The entire yard is fenced in which is great for pets and children. The front yard / deck has lovely outdoor furniture, just perfect for coffee, cocktails, sunrise/sunset, or simply dolphin watching. The backyard is it’s on oasis with a grilling area w/picnic table, reading / bird watching nook, and fire pit to sit around, relax or hang out with friends after a long day! The outdoor shower is a treasure! Corn hole and other games provided for all guests.

There is also a covered carport in the back yard that is large enough to park your boat or RV. 30 amp Electricity hook up available in carport.

Brand new LG washer & dryer. Parents visiting with FSU or FAMU students can bring their laundry! Detergent, bleach and bounce provided.

TVs in 2 bedrooms and in the living room. Super fast high-speed Internet available in the house AND in the backyard via a wifi extender.

Baywatch is located on Hwy 98 in Eastpoint and is only a few minutes drive to St. George Island’s beautiful beaches and Apalachicola’s fine dining and shopping!

We also own the land across the road. If you like to go fishing, you can throw a line over there but just BE CAREFUL walking down and back up ... it can be challenging. We don't let the general public down there, but guests are welcome to it, IF you are careful. Children and older adults must be assisted going down to the water and back up to the road. Use at your own risk!

Loved everything about this location. The hosts attention to details was very much appreciated. They thought of things we didn't even know we needed. And the view of the sunrise over the Gulf each morning was amazing. Couldn't have asked for more.

Everything was as advertised in the listing, the house was clean and well equipped. The host sent excellent directions and ground rules, and was very responsive. The only slight issue is that the house is right on the busy coastside highway so road noise was noticeable but definitely not intrusive. All in all a 10/10 experience, would stay again with no qualms.

Fun, cute house in Eastpoint with lovely yard

We enjoyed our time at Baywatch. The house is great. My husband had never tried an outdoor shower & loved it! The yard is so large & beautiful. Our dogs had fun running around. Robin was a very helpful host.

Enjoyed staying there very much. Owner and manager were most helpful. Couldn’t control the heat/air. Very inconvenient. Other than that….so much more offered in the way of kitchen needs and extra towels. 5 stars to Brenda and Robin.

Great Christmas

My family stayed for five days at Christmas. We had two adults, two girls ages 7 and 8, two labs and a chihuahua. The girls loved the bunk beds, the fire pit (s’mores), and the yard. They were also excited to have a tv in their room. The bedrooms were nice, the kitchen fully stocked, and the yard amazing. One shower was super small and the walls a little thin, but those are my only kind of complaints. The dogs had the best time. They slept for a day when we got home because they had played so much. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay for someone looking for something not right on a sandy beach and not crowded or touristy. There are great local restaurants everywhere, sandy beaches are close, and so is a grocery store. And the host and property manager were both amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at many places on The Forgotten Coast for years, but Baywatch is by far the best for many reasons. It was exceptionally clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, and a great fenced in area for my dog. The proximity to Saint George Island and Apalachicola made it easy to dine out and shop. The property manager was quick to answer any questions I had and was pleasant to communicate with. Baywatch is a perfect home away from home.

As the property owner and manager of Baywatch, I hope to provide you with the best stay possible! I have lived in Florida most of my life and know how to make you happy during your long-awaited tropical vacation or fishing trip. By managing my own property, I can respond quickly and will do everything I can to ensure that the home is clean, safe, and comfortable for you and yours. We have provided lots of little "perks" so you don't need to worry about bringing too much stuff. Brand new small appliances, large refrigerator & freezer, stove/oven, lots of dishes and silverware, cookware, bakeware, glassware for most occasions, cutlery, utensils, grill & grilling utensils, comfy throws, and much much more. Kids and Pets are welcomed guests and we have fenced the entire yard and driveway to provide as much safety as possible for your precious ones. We have also provided lots of landscape lighting to keep things lit up for you at night.

A brand new large capacity washer and dryer were just installed, along with 2 new bathrooms!

Go fishing directly across the road! We own that property too, but you must walk down and back up at your own risk (it is rocky and uneven).

Baywatch is small-children, adults, older-adults, pet and older-pet friendly! The property is not ADA compliant, but there is only a small step to enter the back door. There is a slightly larger front step from front deck to front door. Only 2 steps to go from front lawn to front deck. There are only one small step from front bedrooms to screened-in side porch. 2 steps down from side porch to back yard. Stepping stones provided to go from area to area outside. Easy, small step to enter/exit each shower (including outdoor shower). No stairs inside!

Baywatch will bring you much fun, relaxation, and solitude. Sit on the front deck and sip your morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching the dolphins play in the bay. Hang out in the backyard by the fire pit or use the grill to cook up your favorite meal, and use the picnic table to enjoy it all! Don't forget about the reading / birdwatching nook too. A guest favorite!

All that plus a cozy, screened-in porch with a table for 6 for those not so sunny days.
