Welcome to this cozy two story condo tucked away on Anna Maria Island between the beach and the bay. You can enjoy views of the bay from the balcony in the master bedroom, and the beach is only steps away when you walk out from the condo. If you are searching for the ideal beach vacation and want to enjoy the soft sands and the turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, then this condo is in the perfect location. Not only is this ideal condo steps away from the beach and bay, but it is also only a five minute walk from the restaurants and shops on renowned Bridge Street.

As you enter this condo you are welcomed by a high ceiling and a modern updated kitchen with black granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could possibly need including a breakfast bar. The high ceiling in the main living room opens up the condo and makes it easy to sit back and relax and enjoy the condo. A deck that wraps around the condo helps open up the condo and make it feel more spacious. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and it own ensuite full bathroom. The master bedroom is on the second level of the condo and grants access to a balcony with beautiful water views of the bay. This is condo is truly the ideal accommodation for your next beach vacation, and located in the ultimate spot.

This place is in the perfect location. 3 houses from the beach and a short walk to Bridge street. Dead end street so it’s very quiet. The bed upstairs (in the loft above the living room) was super comfy.The only bad thing was that there was a musty smell.

This condo has perfect access to the quiet beach area at the south end of the island with a great deck, kitchen/living area, and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms which make it ideal. Owners provided lots of towels, which was a plus, extra pillows and blankets, and the washer and dryer made it feel like home. We will definitively rent again!

Well kept property very clean and modern. Very close to beach and restaurants, shopping. Has a parking space for you so u dont have to fight for one at beach. Very quiet.

Over all was great stay.The up dated paint was a nice touch .but vweb site needs upvdated pictures. Furnace filters needed changed was worst thing we found.

Clean and comfortable

Location is great with walking distance to Bridge Street and easy access to Beach. Kitchen has everything you need with good quality stuff, beds are super comfortable. The only thing we wish is that someone would have called to let us know unit was ready at check in. We had wasted a few hours killing time just waiting and realized on own the unit was ready.

Perfect spot!

This unit was perfect! Just a short walk to the beach - 3 houses and across the street. The unit is one of 4 in the building. This unit is on the back side of the building and offers lots of natural light. 2 bedrooms, one on the mail floor and the other is upstairs in the loft. Both beds are very comfortable and have bathrooms. The unit was well equipped with anything you need- lots of towels and sheets!!! Bridge Street is just a short walk (4 streets away).

Great stay

This was a perfect space for my husband and teenage daughters. Quiet and relaxing. Easy check in and check out process. Very close to the beach and the bay and within walking distance to shopping and dining. Very much enjoyed morning walks on the beach. Would return and recommend to others.

We didn’t want to leave

The house was spotless and smelled soo clean. Came with basic toiletries. Super close to the beach with beach access at the end of the road. Only bad was there was a lot of construction but obviously home owners can’t help that. Would 100000% stay again.

Mostly OK

The location was nice but there were really no views as the other buildings were so close. It was close to the beach which was nice. There was tons of construction going on all around so lots of noise (obviously not the owner’s fault but also not communicated to us). The place has a bit of a musty smell. It showed some wear. The exterior detracted from the overall experience as there were missing boards on the eaves and the stairs had not been replaced well.

The place was beautiful very clean very close to beach. The manager was nice and mentioned the stairs going are a bit scary . But he's getting them fixed. A lot of towels and kitchen supplies. WiFi was great. Parking was easy. Definitely coming again next year for 2 weeks

Our stay at Ana Maria island

This property had construction going on both sides of us, and as you entered the street , so lots of noise in new housing being built. The lower parking area offered 2 spots for parking, but we were not aware that there were 3 other units in this complex, we thought we had the whole unit as an upstairs and downstairs not attached to other units, but we could only enter our unit by climbing up quite a few steep wooden steps that were old and uneven, and really unstable if you had difficulty with steps. If I had investigated this further before confirming my dates, I would not have rented this.

Overall - I was disappointed. The house wasn’t very clean, several things require attention/repairs, etc. The AC doesn’t work very well during the daylight hours. This was supposed to be 2 bedrooms (however the master bedroom (king bed) upstairs is a loft. Lots of dust and grime throughout so not very clean. The refrigerator has several draws broken. Note the freezer is very hard to access as it’s right against the wall in the tiny kitchen so it can’t swing open more than 70 degrees. The stove knob is broken, oven is dirty. Water pressure in bathroom sinks is very weak and the vanity in the bathroom should be replaced as it has lots of chips. The one mirror in the bedroom is small and in the corner of the room flush, making it difficult to stand in front to utilize. The pillows on the bed had stains. The washer and dryer are really loud and the doors to this area can’t be closed because the washer/dryer stick out too much. The kitchen could use a better selection of pots/pans most of them look old/used. The walls throughout are dirty.The pictures are different in some cases from the actual place. Ceiling fans are small. The main tv downstairs in the living area is not a smart tv, so unable to watch Netflix or app based TV. The TVs in the bedroom are very tiny, but are Smart TVs. The outside porch area isn’t covered, however the parking is covered, so that was good. The location is nice and close to the beach. This place has potential just needs some maintance and cleaning.

Near the beach

This is a cute unit that is close to the beach. I really enjoyed just walking basically across the street to get to a nice beach, with a long walking/biking path along it. The unit requires walking up deck stairs which were a little uneven and kind of a trip hazard. The inside is nice and bright, it was clean and had what we needed. The kitchen/living area are open. There is no view of the beach/water from the first floor although you can see a bit to the bay from the bedroom upstairs. There is one small bedroom with a bathroom on the main floor and a loft bedroom upstairs, which is the master. The stairway is pretty long (and a bit noisy) - not great for older people. The acoustics of the place are terrible in the loft, so you can hear everything else in the apartment - as well as see any lights. So if you have anyone else staying there or awake downstairs when you are trying to sleep it's not good. This was my biggest complaint about it, otherwise it was nice and convenient. The check-in and out process were easy, but I had trouble with opening the pdf with the access code (a malfunctioning link to the information through their web portal) and was worried that I wouldn't be able to get in. Fortunately, I was able to communicate with the management company and they helped. I would stay in this place again - close enough to walk to some shopping, fun bars, and restaurants as well as the beach, but only as a couple or solo, not with someone else staying in the other bedroom. I really enjoyed a week away from the snow and this served the purpose pretty well.

Not so good

The original property we booked was a wreck when we arrived. I asked if we could check-in 2 hours early because of our flight schedule. They wouldn’t accommodate us. So we waited until 4:00 but when we arrived nothing was ready - bed unmade, dishes in sink, etc. When I called I was given a choice of another property or wait until this one was cleaned. We choose the other property which was nice, just not as close to the beach as we would have liked. As for this property…never again.

yuck...

We chose this unit because it seemed to be a great price...but I have learned that you "get what you pay for"......the location is close to the beach and (if you like the honky tonk beach scene) it is an easy walk to Bridge Street with all the bars and beach shops. The unit looks nice in pictures, but up-close...not so nice. The sofa is in terrible shape...faded and worn... it was so gross that I put a sheet on it because I couldn't stand to look at it. The bedroom's vertical blinds had broken slats and didn't close. The porches were disgusting. Worn boards and peeling paint. They were so dirty-certainly not a place to sit and relax. There was one set of "nice" towels. The other towels were worn and even stained. The bed sheets were old and "pilled". The refrigerator stunk like old seafood. The beach stairs were rusted and and broken. I never felt clean or comfortable. On the "up" side, the applicances were new, and it was decorated nicely. I would not stay here again. No way......

In need of repairs!

The exhaust fan in downstairs bathroom was not working. Hair dryer blew a fuse every time I plugged it in. Vertical blinds missing slats and would not close. Deck in need of repair. Outdoor furniture in need of repair. Chair on upper deck has rusted metal sticking up
