Great location and rooftop pool

Great location within walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. The roof top pool and bar is awesome. Cute coffee shop right outside the condo building

fair for the price range

building was nice, and for the pice it was pretty good value. building amenities were great and the rooftop pool was beautiful. it was a first floor unit so there was no view, and no sunlight. there were no windows in the bedrooms or near the bathrooms so lighting was horrible and it was dark all the time, hot water was an issue throughout our stay and security was generally miserable and spoke such little English that even the simplest questions were impossible. but the location was great, definitely one of the nicer buildings in the neighbourhood and the condo was well priced.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The unit felt relaxing and quiet. The view looking straight out is of a huge tree so it felt very private. The ocean can be seen when looking to the far left off the deck between the other buildings. Their is happy hour daily at the roof top pool and bar area where we enjoyed watching the sunset. It is also open to the public during that time so we felt uncomfortable staying at the pool in swimsuits when everyone was dressed for the evening out. The unit itself was small but as long as we had the folding door open to the deck it felt a little roomier. We found the toilet and the floors were not clean when we arrived and the mid stay cleaning service didn’t show up on the day scheduled so had to notify property manager and then the unit was cleaned the following day. Kitchen dishes were minimal… found it interesting there were no bowls if having cereal. Luckily there is a little cafe next door that has great breakfasts. All things considered, I would stay again although my sister and brother in-law said they probably wouldn’t mainly because of the unit size.

Fantastic unit and responsive host and manager

Highly recommend owner with great follow up and communication. Host met us in the 220 Pinnacle lobby and explained things timely. Very attentive, clean and everything was smooth.

Beautiful view with steps

The view from the rooftop is spectacular! The service and food at the Sky Bar is excellent. As far as the unit itself, the lighting could be better and the space on the counters in the bathrooms is very limited. Bathrooms could use more hooks for hanging towels and wash cloths. My biggest complaint is there was no mention of the location being up with many stairs to get to the beach. Overall we enjoyed our 2 weeks very much.

Last year I came to Puerto Vallarta for the first time on a whim. I had no idea where to stay but my friends told me as long as I was somewhere in the Romantica Zone id be fine. I ended up booking a place at Pinnacle and absolutely fell in love. 1 year later I ended up purchasing my very first home here in Puerto Vallarta at the same property. This place is beyond special to me and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

This condo has all the amenities you could ask for - A rooftop infinity pool with views of the entire city and ocean, a swim up bar, full food and bar service, Lounge chairs in and out of the pool, air conditioned fitness centre, 24 Hour security and more.

The unit itself is beautiful designed for a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The patio complete with BBQ and calming fountain is the perfect place to lounge and relax. The beautiful tree out front allows for total privacy which is quite rare here in PV.
