Evenings unfold at an easy pace - a swim at sunset, a quiet dinner indoors, or a stroll toward the beach just steps away.
The condo accommodates up to six guests across two thoughtfully arranged bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom, creating a comfortable retreat after a day exploring Playa del Carmen. The second bedroom offers two double beds, well suited for families or friends traveling together. An additional full bathroom and a convenient half bath provide added flexibility and privacy for your group. Essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and a washer and dryer help you settle in with ease.
The open-plan living area brings everyone together. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with a dining table that seats six and a breakfast bar for casual bites or conversation. After dinner, unwind with a movie on the TV or catch up on work at the dedicated workspace with Wifi. Air conditioning keeps the space comfortable year-round, and the single level home layout - with elevator access - makes moving in and out simple.

- CTM Ave, is at the north end of town (where more of the locals hang out!) and it's a wonderful street with lots of good local restaurants & near some of the best beach clubs in Playa!
- Vibrant shopping malls nearby like Paseo del Carmen, Quinta Alegria & Calle Corazón plus boutique stores & more
- Soriana grocery & convenience stores in walking distance
- Martina´s Beach Club is just a short walk away !!!

The condo is about 54.4 km/33.8 miles or about a 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Once you arrive to Casa Del Mar condos, there's a designated parking space in front for your unit #203.

- The properties we manage are meticulously cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. Our staff is trained and uses the protections recommended by the health authorities. All our properties have the equipment so that the client can enter and exit on their own without having to have direct contact with any person. The staff will not enter the properties to do cleaning and maintenance during the stay of guests unless it has been authorized and with strict hygiene measures.
- We provide bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen equipment and more to provide the most comfortable stay. And if you need an airport transfer, we can help you with that too! Just let us know!
- Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid from moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
