Looking for the perfect home-away for an extended Tybee stay? When you arrive at Stay-A-While II, you'll know your search was met with success. This amazing condo offers luxurious amenities including beach access, elevator, sweeping ocean views, and covered parking. When you sit on your private balcony and look out over the lovely Atlantic beach to the azure ocean, there will be no doubt in your mind that you've found your own personal paradise. The minimum stay at Stay-A-While II must be 30 days, and the rent includes all utilities. This is the perfect monthly rental for an extended trip to the beach!

Relax and Stay-A-While
When you cross the threshold of Stay-A-While II, you'll get a warm welcome. The open floor plan offers generous spaces where you can kick back with friends and family. The living area features a serene, seaside color scheme that invites you to settle in. The comfy couch and reclining armchairs put you at ease while you decompress after a fun day outdoors. Watch the news or your favorite shows on the large TV. Bask in the sunlight from the full-length sliding glass doors that open to an expansive, Atlantic Ocean view.

Ample, open-air seating on the balcony ensures that everyone in your group can drink in the inspiring views of the Atlantic coastline while enjoying the southern Georgia sunshine. Experience the enchanting sunrise while sipping your first cup of the morning, and relish the sea breezes in the evening. An outdoor dining table provides a place for lunch, a game of gin rummy and great conversations.

Back inside, the indoor dining table, which seats six, is tucked into a sunny alcove, steps from the kitchen meal prep area. A breakfast bar with stools for four provides a place to perch while dinner simmers on the range/oven. A stainless-steel dishwasher and double-door refrigerator/freezer highlight the subway tile backsplash. The sleek Shaker-style cupboards and drawers hold a wealth of utensils, cookware, tableware and glasses to supply you throughout your stay. Like all of our Tybee long-term vacation rentals, Stay-A-While II also supplies you with towels as well as linens and bedding.

Just off the living room, you'll find your private haven – the master suite decorated in soothing shades of beach and sky. An overhead fan, bedside lighting and a slider to the balcony have your private retreat covered in style. A split king size bed with adjustable base gives you plenty of room to sleep in comfort. The walk-in closet offers space to store your luggage while the flat-screen TV attends to your entertainment needs.

The ensuite bathroom features his and hers sinks, lots of counter space for all your toiletries and on-trend shiplap siding. The walk-in shower is ideal for a quick rinse or a leisurely cleanse.

The second bedroom boasts a king size bed and large windows that bathe the space in light. Settle into the armchair and check tomorrow's weather on your own TV. Adjust the indoor climate to your comfort zone with the ceiling fan, and enjoy a night of restful sleep. The adjacent full bath just off the hall has a tub/shower nook.

Bedroom number three is tailor-made for a young family or the singles in your party. A queen bed and twin-sized bunks are perfect for up to four, and the cool, sea-green color scheme promotes relaxation. The double-doored closet supplies a place to store your vacation wardrobe and your suitcases. The ensuite bath features a tub/shower combination.

One feature our long-term guests appreciate is the access to a laundry room in the condo. A full-sized washer and dryer are a great convenience when you need fresh clothing for fun days out and about on Tybee.

Covered parking, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and an elevator in the building come part and parcel with your Tybee Island stay. We also provide self check-in and exclusive access to Southern Belle's resort style heated pool.

Enjoy Tybee's Diversity
You'll be amazed by the diversity of sea life along the shores of Tybee Island. Take a stroll outside your doorstep to the velvet sands and you'll find a vast array of both seashells and living creatures, especially at low tide.

There's an entire hidden world to explore during your Tybee stay, but don't limit your experience to the coastline. The back river area of Tybee, including saltwater marshes and the river estuary, also comprise a diverse ecosystem. This area offers the perfect waters for leisurely paddling along via kayak or paddleboard. Near the north end of the island, the Savannah River estuary is home to an array of sea life such as playful dolphins. Rent a jet ski or hop on a sunset cruise to immerse yourself in the open ocean. You'll also spot some magnificent birds in these natural habitats, so don't forget your camera.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
*Pool will be closed for maintenance March 7, 2022 through March 11, 2022*
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Guests with Pets
If would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Please call 912.289.0130 to set up your cleaning schedule.
