Pool+Spa Heater Charges and Information:
- The pool faces West and overlooks a golf course.
- Pool is 12x20 with 6 ft round spa
- Pool+Spa heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
- The Spa will not heat up without pool heat being paid for.
- Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

Garage:
- Two cars can park in the garage
- Please return the opener to the kitchen counter upon departure, or we will charge $150 to replace it.

Dog-Friendly Home (+$)
- This is a dog-friendly home
- There is an additional $250 plus tax nonrefundable fee
- There is a two-dog limit
- Dog(s) must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.

BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
