Villa Maria, es una gran propiedad ubicada en un canal de agua dulce con muelle. La casa es muy espaciosa y cómoda, luminosa y luminosa ... más de 2,700 pies cuadrados. La propiedad ofrece sala de estar y sala familiar, ambas con acceso directo al área de la piscina. Dos master suites, una que se abre directamente al área de la piscina. El baño principal 1 tiene bañera y ducha separadas y dos tocadores. Incluso hay un baño en la piscina. Comedor formal y rincón de desayuno. La cocina tiene un paso a la terraza que es amplia e ideal para el entretenimiento. Toda la sala de estar está alicatada con cerámica de color claro. Pisos nuevos en todas las habitaciones. La piscina con su forma especial se puede calentar eléctricamente y da al canal de agua dulce donde podrá disfrutar de la observación de aves y otros animales salvajes. Wonderful vacation

This property was perfectly situated for our stay. Quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from Englewood and Boca Grande beaches. About 40 minutes from Venice. The house was beautiful and complete with everything you would need. Pool area very relaxing. Perfect vacation! Thank you for sharing your home!

beautiful property, spectacular maintenance ... everything we needed andmore ...

We had a wonderful stay. It is by far the best place we have been over the past 10 years. manicured garden also, the riverfront pool is a dream come true .... we called the property managers Homesearch Realty and Investment for an internet problem and they solved it right away ... definitely want to come back next year.

Lovely Villa

Superb Villa in the lovely area of Rotonda, ideally situated central to fort Myers, Naples, Bonita springs, Sarasota etc. Great canal side position with its own dock where we saw lots of bird life, turtles, and alligators. Villa has all facilities required for a comfortable vacation, we couldn’t have wished for more. Communications with Rocsana ( the owner) was 1st class, ensuring that we had the most stress free and enjoyable vacation. Steve & Kerry UK

Highly recommended!

We (family of 2 adults and 3 kids around 15 to 17) had a fabulous stay during 07/2023 and - as it was our 4th vacation in Rotonda - we can say that it was the most recommendable property we’ve seen so far. The location is perfect to reach either shopping or beaches etc. The owners are beautiful, the house was absolutely clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. A technical problem (fan on the porch) was solved immediately.

Return to SW Florida

We returned to Rotunda after a 10yr absence. It’s still as lovely as we remembered. Villa Maria is a fabulous (BIG) home from home to explore the area. Great outdoor space and pool, so peaceful and sun and shade if you want it virtually all day in the pool area. We sat and watched a bunch of wildlife in the canal and general outdoor space, including a swimming gator! Communications were impeccable. Despite hurricane Helene we had a fabulous time, it’s a sturdy house! We look forward to returning to SW Florida. Thanks for the opportunity to use your home.

great floor plan with an abundance of space.

5 women stayed in this home for 8 nights. We had the unlimited golf pkg. for $100 ea. Enjoyed the golf courses. The kitchen was very well stocked with staples. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the bicycles. We paid the extra $ to heat the pool. Had to have a service call on the pool heater, but it was good after that. The sofa sleeper in living room was very uncomfortable to sit on. It needs to be replaced. Enjoyed our stay in the more than adequate home.

Lovely villa, be careful around the pool!

Having stayed in the area for some 20 years first impressions of the villa were good. It was easy to get to, plenty of space and the layout worked well for us. Our first time out by the pool however we were surprised to find a number of tiles around the edge of the pool were loose. We contacted the management company who were quick to respond and visited later the same day. It was during the visit they actually pointed out that more of the tiles were broken and confirmed they were already aware of the problem, but had failed to mention anything to us. We were advised to "be careful" during our stay. When the tiles were wet and whole corner sections could move under your feet, you really did need to be careful as it was an accident waiting to happen. They did advise it would be fixed in September so hopefully nobody else will be subject to the hazardous conditions. A nice villa but didn't quite check all the boxes for us.

Wonderful July Vacation!

Thanks you so very much for allowing us to share in your beautiful Villa Maria for our 2021 vacation. From the moment we walked in the front door, we felt welcome and comfortable. The home was beautifully appointed and equipped with all the necessities and more! The pool and lanai area where spacious and beautiful. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed the property as well. The hosts were very responsive, and even checked on us during our first time in a hurricane type storm Thanks so very much for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful property. We certainly hope to be back!!

Just another day in paradise!

Beautiful home. Everything you need except food! Appliances are top of the line. Pool is wonderful (depth about 4 1/2 end to end). Beach towels & chairs, noodles, float loungers and rods for fishing. Owners are great. Respond to questions promptly. Would highly recommen Villa Maria for a wonderful vacation.
