This absolutely luxurious 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom condo with endless views of the Port Aransas beach is perfect for your next beach getaway! This completely renovated beachfront unit has been equipped with the most top-of-the-line finishes and appliances throughout. Best of all enjoy the distant views, cool ocean breezes and the hypnotic sounds of the waves crashing on the beach below from your own wrap around balcony.
The kitchen has been completely updated cabinetry and granite countertops and is equipped with everything you need including a spacious serving island to gather around and barstool seating for casual gatherings in addition to the dining area. The interior design is one of a kind and modernized throughout the which creates a relaxing setting for a beach getaway to one of Texas' favorite beaches.
The living and dining area offers great ocean views out of the wall of floor to ceiling windows, a large private balcony and plenty of room to stretch out and unwind from the day's adventures. The living area is perfect for relaxing with two plush leather couches, two swivel chairs and a 65" Smart TV. The dining room has a large custom wooden table with 4 chairs and a added bench for plenty of space for all of your guests.
The decedent private master bedroom overlooks the ocean and has a large custom entertainment center, plush king size bed and a 55" Smart TV and the connected bathroom has double sinks, tub shower combo and a second walk in shower as well. For all of your belongings this bedroom also has two closets as well! The second bedroom has two comfy full beds, a flat screen television, large closet and a sliding glass door to access the balcony. The third bedroom has a king bed, 50" Smart Tv, large closet and door to access the balcony as well! The second bathroom also has a multi drawer vanity and a walk in shower.
