Sea Gull Condominiums unit 605 is a sixth floor 4 bedroom 4.5 bath vacation rental on Mustang Island. This condo is the perfect place for large family vacations. It has two living rooms, the main one has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico from the floor to ceiling windows and plenty of seating for everyone. The master bedroom has an ocean front view and a king size bed with an attached master bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms have two twin beds in each of them. There is also a queen size Aero bed for extra sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking up your special catch from any of the Port Aransas fishing adventures.
Kitchen has the following appliances, Cuisinart Dual Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, Electric Can Opener.

    Fabulous week with family

    There were 7 adults and 2 one- year olds staying at unit 605. Plenty of space. Views were fabulous. Pelicans flew right passed the balcony! Amazing!

    Best beach vacation ever!

    We trek to the Texas beaches a couple times a year. This place was by far the best location and the most fun. We usually have kids ranging from infant to teens and everyone had a great time. The place is well run and when we needed an extra towel there was no trouble. Beach chairs were provided as were beach towels. The best part is that the building is right on the beach! The pool was a lot of fun for the kids, who also enjoyed the hot tub. The condo itself was wonderful. Great layout with everything we needed. Wonderful view of the beach.

    Check in was easy. The room had a bloody stained mattress which was cleaned the next day. The day of check out, it was pouring rain and they were doing construction on the front entrance so we had to go around and got totally soaking wet. They were aware of the rain so why would they decide to repair the front entrance when it’s so wet outside and we have to get wet to load our car is beyond me.

    My list for this trip: Fabulous view of the Gulf-check. Direct access to beach-check. Clean-check. Separate bedroom and bathroom for everyone-check. There were things to do everyday, a day to shop in Port Aransas, a day to bum around in Rockport, and a day to visit the Museum and sight see in Corpus Christi. Our only concern was that a bedroom, a bathroom and a closet were locked when we got there. I thought I had miss read the condo description and that two of us were going to have to double up. A man sent up to fix our front door lock went around to open everything else up, too. We would rent this condo again.

    this property needs some work. AC filter hasn't been chaned in months...completely black. Small bedroom with two beds had bedbugs...floor was sticky upon arrival. this is our 4th stay at this unit and it is in need of some updates in beds. bedding, coffee maker and general things like salt and pepper and other spices were not there. on the flip side the view is still fantastic...and the staff were friendly and helpful...and their grounds and pool are well maintained...First time disappointed in unit 605

    Fabulous!

    We absolutely loved this property! The pictures don’t do justice to the view, gorgeous ocean views & the beach access could’ve have been easier. Super convenient location close to the island and to Port A. Someone was available in the lobby 24/7 if we needed anything - the hospitality was awesome. Very clean, stocked with everything we needed and the layout was sooooo spacious! We will definitely book with Seagull Condominiums again!

    Loved the condo

    We loved staying in this particular condo. It was large and had 4 bedrooms. The only cons I can see were there were two bor grooms that had twin beds and no bathrooms in them. The bathroom was right out in the hallway, very close to the 2 bedrooms. The master and the other bedroom were good. Another con was the floor was dirty. We were walking around with no shoes and the bottoms of our feet were black. It also rained while we were there and the ceiling sprung a leak. There were cracks in the ceiling where the popcorn was falling off and one of those cracks sprung the leAk. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Every time we asked for something they provided for us. This condo did not have very good pots and pans., no cookie sheets. The pros outweighed the few cons in this condo. We really did enjoyed our stay.

    Great views, lots of room, fun pool, and clean. Only complaint is quality of beds was subpar but still able to be slept on.
